Once initial configuration is done (setting up your Twitter account, and choosing Fahrenheit or Celsius, and optionally setting a custom location / custom text for Twitter), simply open up the app anytime you wish to update your status, and Tweet That Weather will take care of the rest!
Tweet That Weather will show information about the current weather situation (like "Cloudy") in a WIDE variety of languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, and more depending on your iPhone settings.
