Free transfer from Palm! I was a Palm user of Unbound's Davis Drug guide and was happy to see I could transfer my subscription to my new iPhone at no cost. I just downloaded the app and entered my username and password. This drug guide is the best one I have seen for the iPhone. It is very easy to find the information you need and it has more depth than the free guides that are out there.

Very Handy! A Must Have I give this App 5 stars for the very simple reason that I does what it says it does, yes you do have to pay for it, but you also have to pay for the book that cost much more then this app, I am a pharmacy student and this App has come in very handy, for me. I no longer have to carry that book around; I just reach into my pocket and take out my iPod, its very convenient. I love this App and you will to.

Best Drug Guide to date! If you have used drug PDA software before, you will be amazed by Davis’s Drug Guide for the iPhone or iPod Touch. The way Davis Drugs integrates with the Apple software is outstanding. The smooth scrolling, drop-down menus, and overall user-friendliness of this program must be seen to be believed. I am a nursing student who uses my iPhone daily for accessing drug information with this software. The transition from my Palm PDA to the iPhone felt like I was leaving the Stone Age. It is wonderful.

"FREE" if you paid $50.00 already At least now they "remembered" to tell you this in the description. Would have saved me some time if I had known this. Sounds like folks who have the $50.00 PER YEAR SUBSCRIPTION find the interface functional at least. DOES NOTHING WITHOUT PAYING

Davis's Drug Guide This Drug Guide is both comprehensive and very easy to use. Drugs can be found by generic names, brand names, therapeutic, pharmacologic, and classification indexes. Drug interactions and warnings are quickly found. The information is completely stored on the iphone and does not require any sort of "connection" (except for updates). Needed app If you are a Davis Drug registered user, this app lets you download the program to the iPhone or iPod Touch so you can use it without internet connection. Worth the cost I'm an MT and I have to frequently look up medications because DOCTORS DO NOT SPEAK CLEARLY (Note to doctors/dictators - PLEASE SPEAK CLEARLY so we can hear the MED name and the DOSAGE! - spell it out if you have to) and because of this, in my line of work It is very important to have a reliable Rx list (providing you know what med the doctor is referring to in the first place). Books are expensive and cumbersome. Computer programs are worth their weight in gold and this one is no different in cost than any Stedman's or Dorland's program.
