It's a SIMULATOR To those whom question the efficacy of this app: Read closely. When anything is described as a simulator it means it's for fun only and does not actually "work". There's no need for guesswork by trying it out, the app's description actually tells you in no uncertain terms that it is make-believe by describing it as a simulator. This applies to many other apps in the appstore.

...fail As much as I like the show, and as much as I believe in the paranormal, I strongly recommend people to avoid downloading this app. It's just a waste of your memory. It's nothing compared to a real EMF Detector. It doesn't even do it's job as being an EMF Detector. Doesn't work, doesn't measure the correct things, and it doesn't even measure the real deal. I can put it next to an electrical outlet that's jammed full with plugs and wires, and the needle won't budge. The only time it did spike, was when I put it near my lamp, my laptop, and my little T.V., which all have electromagnetic fields. Then, when I move it away from the laptop or T.V., the needle will fall back down, and won't move again, even when I move it near the same thing again. Hell, I bet if I put it near a natural electromagnetic field, I bet the damn thing won't do what it's supposed to do. As much as I like the paranormal, I think that whoever made this app is full of BS. I'm sorry, but if you're going to make an app, at least try to make an app that actually works, does what it's supposed to do, and actually be worth downloading. And to paranormal enthusiasts' like myself, take my word and don't waste your memory on a piece of crap app like this one. Now, I'm going to say what really needs to be said about this app...EPIC FAIL!!!

Not a real EMF Detector For those looking at this app, know it is not a real detector, it is merely a toy. However it is still very well done and can be used to trick your friends (especially with manual mode)
I am a paranormal investigator, so i also wanted to say EM fields only have a small correlation to paranormal activity and correlation does not equal causation. 99% of unusually high readings on an investigation are due to normal fields given off by the electronics in a building. Anyone telling you different is ignorant or trying to sell you something.

Not a REAL emf meter. Ha!!!!! I almost gave this 5 stars, but I had to go with 1, because the description does not match the product. It says it is not a real EMF meter, but it is every bit as effective at detecting ghosts as an EMf meter. Let me say that again. IF YOU DOWNLOAD THIS DEVICE TO YOUR IPHONE, YOU WILL HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME CHANCE TO DETECT GHOSTS AS YOU WOULD WITH A REAL EMF DEVICE. Cool, huh? No it's not cool. It's AWESOME!!
