I spent $50 for this app??? Should have done more research. Terminal screen looks good from the pic, which caught my attention. Then I find out the usage is poor on it. Other screens are confusing and unprofessional. They don't have a demo version for a reason. Buy now and find out later. They are a small company so how would they compare in support as oppose to a big accomplished company? U think some guy running around with his cell phone can give better support than a company with plenty of knowledgable representative?
Do you research first. Expensive app and services but inferior service and product. Then on top, you gotta deal with multiple companies for support. Higher chance u get the run-around.

Fantastic App! I purchased Credit Card Terminal in order to process credit/debit card payments for the art I sell at different conventions around the US. The reason I chose this application over the others is simply because it does the job affordably, attractively, and best of all easily. The rates are far below PayPal's and any of the other merchant accounts I have researched. Customer Service with both Innerfence and Merchant Focus has been more than fantastic with all my question and concerns answered within minutes (not kidding!). I highly recommend this app. for anyone who is looking to increase their profits with credit or debit.

LOVE love LOVE love LOVE this app!!! Being in direct sales, I am always on the go. I was with another company with a Hypercom T4100 terminal and I hated lugging that thing around from party to party. Then, one evening, my boyfriend saw the iPhone office apps commercial and said, "Babe, you should get THAT!" I immediately jumped online and did my research of ALL the credit card terminal apps that are available right now. Althought Inner Fence's app is one of the most expensive, it's worth every freakin' penny!! They had a promo running when I signed up where they sent me a $50 iTunes gift card as soon as I emailed them my app purchase receipt!! So, basically, a FREE app! Their customer service is outstanding -- ask for Brad! :-)You simply cannot go wrong with this app! A+, Inner Fence!

Great app from a great company! As a small business, I constantly have many different things to keep track of and stay on top of, being able to run credit cards on my phone is just the greatest thing ever! This past weekend I was working a farmers market, and the tent to my left had a huge set up just to run credit cards. They were lugging around a heavy car battery with an inverter, a stack of wires, a laptop, and then the actual credit card terminal, their jaws dropped when I just pulled out my phone and ran credit cards. (they also apologized for the hum of the inverter)The interface is very straight forward and takes no time to navigate, and learn. One of my favorite things is that you can have authorize.net automatically send the customer an email receipt if you enter their email with the transaction! It makes me feel like I am in an Apple store. I haven't had any problems so far, but I am absolutely positive if anything came up I would have some help asap. They personally responded to both emails, and DM's on twitter, within minutes. Yes there are monthly fees from authorize.net but when you accept credit cards there will always be fees. Having a proper merchant account and using Credit Card Terminal to access authorize.net is absolutely an essential element for my business to function when I am selling away from the web. I dont know what I would do without it. Thanks guys!

WOW! Keep up the good work! This application is incredible. Got this setup for my in home computer repair business. This is a must have application for any mobile merchant. I cannot believe that I was going to pay hundreds of dollars for a mobile credit card processing machine. On top of the application being free the Credit Card Processing rates are extremely low with Great customer service. I am so pleased with this program.

Set-up took only 2 days for me.
This is a great app. Worth every penny. Remember...you get what u pay for! I never spent more than 99cent on a app before but i had to spend the $50 for this one because i didn't want to put my business in the hands of a "free" app with 3 star reviews.

Bad app and high monthly fees!! I've accepted credit cards for a number of businesses I've had and the price of using this service is outrageous. I can accept the fact that the app costs $10. It's a bad app, but it appears to work. It's not intuitive at all. The options screen is filled with cryptic options that don't make any sense and you'll need to go through a frustrating trial and error process or call go knows who to figure that out. On top of that there appears to be no way to refund or cancel a transaction so you're going to need to get to a computer and do that. Also, there is no reporting for this app so you can't see what charges have gone through from your phone. Having to go to your laptop for reporting and refunds defeats the purpose of having this on my iphone.Now for the really bad news. You'll need to set up an authorize.net account IN ADDITION to a merchant account. On top of the $10 to buy this mediocre app, there is a $25 monthly fee. Plus whatever is charged by the merchant account provider. Now, who is going to support this thing? You have Authorize.net, this application company and whatever credit card processor you use in the middle. The pricing and features of this system need work. I have found another app that is free to download and doesn't have other third parties involved in the set up. It also doesn't require authorize.net and has all the features and application should have.

works great ok, so initially i got really aggravated & said the application was crap because i was unable to set it up using my already active authorize.net account. i sent a really angry email to the email provided, as well as wrote a scathing review on itunes. both founders wrote me immediately (even though i emailed at midnight)...and offered solutions to help me set up the application properly to accept credit cards. they even gave me their cell phone numbers so i could resolve the problem right away.i followed their instructions & the program worked immediately. so based on the awesome customer service & the fact that the program does actually work great, i had to change my review & give this app 4****. totally deserves it.

Can't get it to work Already have my Authorize.net account and entered the appropriate codes and keys, but can't get the app to actually run transactions. It apparently is always in "test mode" even when the app says it is not. Can't reach their tech support as it is either closed or no one answers so haven't a clue what is wrong. Oh and giving it away free when I already paid $50 for it? Nice. Real nice.

Great Support! Being a self-employed hairstylist is always fun but now my business just took a change for the better. I've never taken cc payments before so I also had a lot of questions. All were answered quickly and in great detail through both Inner Fence as well as the sales reps with Merchant Focus.
