OK but crashed Lots of good drinks, but didn't have most of my favorites. And it also crashed the very first time I used it. I agree that it should have an ingredient search as well. Has good potential.

Just Missing One Feature... For being free, this is a great app! but to me it's missing one cool feature... the ability to type what's available "in your bar" and for it to give you possible drinks you can make with such drinks. I would love to see this somehow implemented on this app or any app!

Useful, but could use some improvement Overall, this is a useful app with a nice interface that I will keep on my iphone. As many have already said, this app does tend to crash every now and then. This app also has the same problem as most drink recipe compilations, which is, there are just too many versions listed of some drinks, and there is no way to determine which version is used by most bartenders. Take this apps recipe for the drink "Sex on the Beach" as an example. This app has 12 different recipes for making the drink, but it is version #11 that is used by myself and most other bartenders. How are people supposed to know that the #11 drink on a list of 12 is the most common recipe used in most bars?

Amazing!, Free!, More Drinks than the other Apps offered, + ... I had just bought "DRINKS" and I am seeing this App has more than an Extra 1000 + drinks than other Apps. A Nice Addition in "Drink Category - Under Homemade Liqueur" - to actually make your own alchohol such as Absinthe, Kahlua, Irish Cream, Galliano, Southern Comfort.. This along with it BEING FREE AND JUST AS GOOD AS THE $4.00 - $5.00 APPS I WoNdEr WhY anyone would give it a bad rating*%@$^#$Go buy one or two of the other drink apps and I think you may appreciate this Beautiful program.. .. so....... Thanks Developers!!!!!

Cute app, wrong recipes! I usually don't write reviews but being a bar tender in manhattan, I feel compelled. First off, in the "favorites" section, long islands are one of the first drinks listed which immediately gives me an idea of the caliber of an app this may be (lets just say I'm thinking I may not find my next jaw dropping, tip worthy, come-back-for-more, prestigious drink at this particular app - but hey its free right?). So out of curiosity (knowing that drink recipes vary from bar tender to bar tender) I checked out the Long Island recipe which was almost entirely wrong. There should never be any whiskey in a long island, Brandy maybe in some countries as a substitute for tequila. It gets worse, they used no triple-sec or any form of orange liqueur, instead orange juice. Gross. Any amateur bar tender would know a (tacky as they may be) long island consists of your clears - vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, a splash of sour and a dash of coke just for color.... too bad - but I suppose if you're the type of person who likes a free app that will help you whip up some crazy cocktails at the next frat party or college gathering, this app is for you! As long as it gets the job done, right? :)

Free Cocktail Recipes This is a great little app. I would just add a function where u type in a kind of alcohol and then it will return all the cocktails u can make with that specific kind. Keep it up!

You can do much better with Drinks (the app) This app is suspiciously similar to Drinks, but I thought I'd give it a go. Drinks is definitely the way to go. For $3 you can search by alcohol, ingredient, name of drink, and even glass. If you've got to have one drink app on your phone, get Drinks, not this one.

Nice little app but could be tweaked I like the extensive list of drinks but searching for a drink could be a problem unless you know exactly how its spelled. It would also be nice to search by ingredients.

MISLEADING PHOTOS Has a huge ad in it that is always there. I also read somewhere that these types of ad apps (there are lots of gimmicky apps that use the same ad system) implant spyware on the iPhone.

Good start to a great app (I reviewed this once but I the review didn't come up when I looked to edit it. Sorry for the double post if it eventually shows up.Good app great list of drinks. Perfect for when you travel and want something outside of the run of the mill cocktaiI or are looking for that killer drink for a party. I rated 3 stars because there is room for improvement on this great application.- The app has both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, it would be nice to have a sort function for them- The search function does not search (ironic since the current ad in the app is for an iPhone search engine)- If you can get the search function to work, it only lists entries that have your entry exactly ("tea" only finds entries beginning with "Tea-" not with tea elsewhere in the name.- A search for cocktail by ingredients would be great! Even better would be if it could suggest drinks for which you have ALMOST all the ingredients.Still a great start!

Drop the ads It would be a great application if the adbar at the top weren't so obtrusive.
Move the ad to the bottom, make it less bothersome, and I'd be more willing to keep the app installed long term.
Gotta respect app developers releasing free apps and I thank you for it. But the ads still could be better presented.

Awesome!! Very awesome app. You guys should add bartending terms/slang terms and definitions such as like martini "slightly dirty" and explain what it means. And search by alcohol. If you guys added these in your update it would be so perfect. It would make an already great app to even greater.
