Not as good as expected Here's the bad stuff: 1) You can't change the workout plan once you set it up, 2) the website is incredibly slow, 3) you can't watch the videos unless you are in a decent wifi zone and it's still slow to load, 4) I don't know anyone else to compete with so that part is no good. Here's the good stuff: 1) I liked creating my little person, blue hair and all, 2) I like the trainers in the videos, 3) I like the training ideas in the videos. Overall, it's spiffy to look at and I WANT to use it, but it doesn't work very well.

Sweet App...needs timer All my stuff is based on exercising for a time period. I have to exit the app for each exercise to use a timer which is frustrating!

its ok seems like a great workout IF and WHEN the video's actually load and start playing. I can't ever get the app to work. It will play one video but none of the rest. The idea is great but major technical difficulties. Not quite sure why. Note: if you are big time out of shape, this is a crazy hard work out. (for someone fat and out of shape such as myself.)

A good BETA app Nike is off to a good start with this app. The workout videos are professionally done. And, the app allows you to train with friends by using a leaderboard and giving you points for completing each exercise. For those of you who already use Nike+, even if you use your Nike+ login, you still need to recreate your "MINI".Since it is a beta app, I noticed my point total and the leaderboard don't match. I've earned 70 pts for my workout, and the leaderboard shows 60 pts. Also, if you don't have an internet connection, you can't view the videos. In future versions, I hope Nike will allow the videos to be downloaded to the ipod touch so that you can workout anywhere without a wireless connection.Also, once you choose the type of workout "CORE", "STRENGTH", or "CARDIO", you can't change it. Nor can you preview the workouts in each category before choosing CORE, STRENGTH, or CARDIO. You also can't choose more than one. For example, if you want to do the CORE and CARDIO activities, you are out of luck. Not Useful given current features The biggest problem with this app is that I need wifi / cellular access in order to even log in to use the app. I have an iPod touch, and when I try to exercise outdoor or out of wifi reach, then this app is completely useless for me. Also, the character that I created in my account online is not actually the character I see after I log on in the app?? The video demo is quite useful, but other than that, I don't know what the app is good for. There's no quantitative tracking of data, like how many calories I would burn with these exercises, setting goals (besides just completing the exercises they gave me) and then completing them. Great! Love the format...easy to do segments over the course of the day or all at once. Also good to take on the go because many exercises require no equipment (or can be modified to use no equipment). The videos are short, great quality, and easy to understand. OMG! Omg the guys writing reviews on this saying this is sexist need to STFU! Have you guys not seen the apps of women in bikinis, apps that make certain parts of women "wobble"? How can you say this is sexist when those apps are shady and degrading! My God.
