Eye-Catching and Challenging 3D Puzzler Puzzle Prism definitely falls into the category of “simple to learn, difficult to master”, and you’ll have fun in the process. The first thing you notice is the look of the game which is simple, yet edgy in its presentation. The 3D aspect of Puzzle Prism is what caught my eye and to simply say that this is a Tetris clone is really inaccurate. The funky hypnotic music (you have 3 different soundtracks to choose from) adds to the fast pace of the game as well as keeping you engaged. There are also two modes in the full version: Standard and Extra. Standard involves clearing levels with blocks to make them disappear. Extra is a little different in that you have to maintain a light source by clearing levels. The faster you are at the task, the bigger the light source gets and vice versa until the light source is extinguished. For those of you who try the lite version, you’ll find that there is not a Time Trial mode in the full version. It’s an additional mode that I hope is included in the full version in a later update because it does provide a different type of challenge which is just as enjoyable. For now, you’ll need to have the separate lite version for that.Touch-based, Puzzle Prism’s gameplay is straightforward: you have blocks appearing at the top that need to move to the rotating below all while everything is slowly rotating in unison. You can only flick the block left or right, and you cannot rotate them around in any other way. In the top right-hand corner, you see a preview of the next block to appear which is helpful, and your stats (levels, lines and score) are located in the bottom right corner. I’ve played with Puzzle Prism for the past few months, and it remains an addicting game as you try to outscore your previous high scores (stores your 3 highest scores) or submit to the global scoreboard. If you enjoy Tetris-type games or just puzzles in general and want some visually eye-catching graphics and unique gameplay, Puzzle Prism won’t disappoint.

A true hidden gem! I can't believe more people have not heard of this game and played it. This is quite a fun little 3D tetris type game and should not be missed. I simply love the soundtrack, especially bgm 2, and the graphics are simple yet elegant and fun to gaze at. This is one of the few games I always return to for a quick play now and then and shall never leave my ipod touch! Please try the lite version and see for yourself!

FANTASTIC TETRIS STYLE GAME!!! Finally - a tetris-style game on the touch/iphone that DOESN'T screw you over with bad controls. Controls are PERFECT - flicking right and left and them dropping the piece works like gangbusters! Talk about "replayability" - this has it in spades. I just stumbled upon this by accident and am glad I did as it's the ONLY tetris style game that makes sense on a touch screen. Grab the light version and then you WILL want the full version. WELL worth the 3 dollars - best game purchase I have made in a long time.Multiple music tacks and options make this a full-featured game and very satisfying. Kudo's to the developers and hope this can get more exposure. If they could get it in the "Featured" section it would sell like hotcakes. Ok enough gushing... try it :-)

One more try... Prism is a simple to understand puzzle game that is well thought out and perfectly suited to the iPhone. You'll know how to play just by looking at the screen, and keep playing, trying to top your highest score. This game feels like a long-lost PS1 game, and I mean that in the best way possible. Totally worth the cost!

A very polished and fun puzzler Prism is everything a puzzler for the iDevice should be: uncomplicated yet challenging gameplay, great music, clean and polished design, addictive. Extra mode is surely my favorite, as trying to keep on building on levels can be very frantic and hilarious fun. That doesn't mean the standard game is bad. Far from it. It always feels great building up big combos. One of the more unique and better puzzlers available on the app store.

The BEST Tetris type game I have ever played! I tried the lite version and instantly was hooked. This game is very addicting especially if you are a Tetris fan. The game is flawless with stunning visuals, music and sound fx. I found this hidden gem by accident and I am so glad I did. Well worth $2.99!!!

Pretty much an AVERAGE game all around Average all around ... average graphics, average control scheme, average sound, average UI, average game play ... or maybe is bit too hard ... I feel like I should be able to go farther ... but the difficulty ramps up so fast ... a game does not last very long ... and after a few short games ... you get frustrated and go to another game.Bottomline - average action puzzler - I wish I would have saved my money - but some of yoou may like it - thus the average rating
