It works!!! If you type in Y for one of the computer players, they actually do attack! Try it!!! This game is awesome now. I think that the developer should make an easy, medium, and hard difficulty level, and maybe online play. That would be awesome. Great game!

Great Game This game is great, I agree with a few of the others that you should get the defeated players cards, but please don't create it where you pick your starting position. That is half the strategy, picking where you want to deploy your armies and where you want to attack, that would take away half the game. And also you should add something at the end of the game that gives your stats, like k/d ratio, turns played, etc. And add a difficultly option. Other than a few minor adjustment this game is great.

vConqr puts the strategy in strategy games! I've been looking to get a good strategy game for quite a while, and vConqr really delivers. The latest update only brings improvements with sound effects and smooth framerates that add to the feel of the game. The AI attacks and at the medium and hard levels, it provides enough of a challenge and difficulty to keep you playing. The zoom/pan work seemlessly and you can play the game in landscape or portrait mode. The touch controls are responsive, and I've never experienced any lag.For those not familiar with Risk-type games, the objective is to conquer the world or maps by deploying and attacking adjoining enemy territories. With some games, you're talking about rolling dice to see who gets the high number to take over a territory which is random and not very strategic. With vConqr, you actually plan your attack with army deployments, reinforcements, troop buildups and most importantly, strategic thinking. Each of your moves is only a few taps away and works well. And, as you conquer territories, you earn cards that you can trade in for additional troops. I'm looking forward to additional maps, and I suggest you take a look at the dev's Web site which provides step-by-step instructions on how to play. Also, the dev has been very open to hearing feedback which is yet another reason that makes vConqr an ideal choice. If you're looking for Risk-type/world domination games, I highly recommend vConqr.

Develeper, Read This! I bought app with hopes of wifi network play being added, but that hasn't happened yet. Focus your efforts on this, for the sake of every buyer. On top of that, you will get more sales. Also, provide the option of letting players choose what countries they will start with, as this adds a new dimention to every Risk game. Good job, great app!

Excellent Risk-Type Game The graphics are good, the interface is good and the play is swift. Although it is a polished game as it is now, adding features like network play, the ability to set "playing styles" to computer players or an option to take turns placing initial armies would be nice. Would also like to see conquerers inherit the cards of a player they take completly off the board. That said, it appears the developer is still adding features so I'm hopful that this game will continue to improve. Worth the price.

A good first step definately one of the more favourite of my games on all platforms..its a good first step and i would like to bring some areas that need work for future release (which i hope would be soon)1)more intelligent AI2)more modes option (like random armies only , random territories only , custom choose territory and army deployment)3)the game remembers the players names (so you dont have to add them each time)4)like i said more intelligent AI (like blue can be daring, yellow placid , pink absurdly bold , white placid etc)
