We have been able to add the Daily Challenge by making this version ad supported.

Sudoku loaded free Just too much figuring out how to use tools and not enough sudoku. I too couldn't figure out how to get a different puzzle.

Nearly the best 3-3/4 stars, actually.
Clearly this developer put a lot of effort into this app & deserves a thumbs-up for that. I've had a truly bad app, and this is absolutely Not one. (FindOut app is a "tool" by BluePal and it's so horrendous, it's actually insulting. My one-star rating was ten too many.)
This Sudoku Loaded Free app just needs some tweaking, and then it will be terrific. Like the other reviewers, I also spent some time figuring out the tools, but once I did, I was impressed with the app's capabilities. I like being able to erase a single pencil mark, even on the automatic marking option. I've wished for that. The interface is clean and easy to read. One of my other Sudoku games functions well, but the colors are distracting to the point that I don't enjoy the app.
WHAT THIS APP NEEDS:
(1) Either an undo-prior-steps button, or (2) An alert at the first time a wrong candidate is first entered in a square, or (3) Both.
I find myself discarding a game to start a new one because I'll realize that several steps back I apparently made an error but no idea where. My clue is finding a square with no pencil marks. (?) Rather than spending time on it, I just start over. That's frustrating; I'm usually decent at Sudoku. I would most like to be alerted when my entry is wrong; at present one is only alerted of an existing conflict. Or, let us undo multiple steps.
This app is headed in the direction of fabulous, so I'm going to keep it & watch for updates. I betcha they come. Seems to me, someone putting this much effort into an app isn't going to quit until it's great. I'll just wait.
