Townrs Defender is a fresh take on the Hero Defense genre. Defend the gate against waves of attackers using our unique positional combat system. All abilities are gesture based: a simple flick will cast a fireball!
A CALL FOR HELP
When we settled this land there were no signs of these men… these monsters. They came in waves, a tide of destruction that we have failed to contain. Our warriors have fallen, and our defensive towers have taken great damage. The town gate is strongly built, but I fear it will not hold them for long. If we are breached, this settlement and its town’s folk will be lost.
Please, I implore you. Take up our cause and wield your magic against the horde that punishes us so dearly. Know that their numbers are growing, and it seems likely that the conflict has only begun. The monsters have declared war on us all.

Engaging I like this game! I find it gets better and better as I realize how much strategy you can actually use to beat each wave. I keep returning to it to try to get to the next level. Plus I truly enjoy the music - it keeps me moving along! Can't wait for the update and more challenges!

Worth it This game is really quite good! The download is quick -- seems much less then 10mb -- with a nice artistic style, sound and gameplay. Well worth checking out.

It's alright, Maybe for .99 I'd buy Full Controlling the character is a chore.
How do you fix a damaged tower?
Pinching screen while moving character gets annoying. Prefer regular TD's this was blah. A control style like Hero of Sparta would make it much better since it's really a hack and slash meets castle defense type game. WAY overpriced so game buyers beware. Thanks for making a lite version before I through my $ down a "Healing Well"
