Mind blowing crazyness Great app. I don't understand how people don't understand the concept. If it had a zoom feature that would allow you to throughly edit your custom creations I'd give it 5*

Very good life simulation This is a very interesting game. The zoom feature is nice. I like the patterns that it comes with but I wish you could save your own patterns. Great game at a great price.

Interesting... It is interesting how the rules that are applied control the sequence of things. One question though. When in the drawing window, there is a button at the bottom that you can toggle. One side lets you draw. But what does the other do? I cant figure it out. Great time waster, though.

4 stars because I gave this app 4 stars because it's a great app, but you have to to a ton of research to get even the slightest Idea on what your supposed to be doing. It does need a zoom, but hey, it's free! Not recomended for iliterats or retards.

Awesome, just needs zoom If you don't read about the original "game" this is based on there's no reason for you to review this! Very interesting concept that this app brings to life... More of an experiment than a game.

So weird John Conway is my friend's dad. A brilliant and insane math professor at Princeton. I've attended this man's lectures, some of the few times in my life when I realized I didn't have a clue as to what the hell was going on. Well I was a sophomore in high school at the time and he was designing 4 dimensional universes through math, so I guess I don't feel so bad. It's amazing to see his impact has reached so far. That friend btw, his son dropped out of high school in senior year, got his GED, and is now doing his docorate in math at princeton. And me? I'm just in med school.

Great App for classroom learning This app is a lot of fun to play with. It not really a game as much as it is a simulation of "The Game of Life" created by John Conrad who is a Mathematician.
