Guess I Don't Get The Point There is no difference between building a city full of Hotdog Stands and Large Hotels; all buildings have descriptions but few have purposes while actually playing. There is no feedback for population happiness with respect to tax rate even though they are supposed to be proportional. Also no feedback for discerning tax income from business income from supposed power income/expenses from government expenses. City bulding sims don't have to have win/lose scenerios, but a definable goal and a colorful chart helps.
