Ok, not great I'm extremely suspicious of the other reviewers in their no suggestions and glowing reviews (are they from the developers...?)
As an artist and user of other drawing apps, this one is lacking in a lot of the basics such as an eraser, clearing the canvas (shake to erase?), and zooming in/out.
Also the grading method isn't at all accurate and inconsistant.
The UI is is ugly; looks like programmer art.
Will try again after a few weeks. Hopefully there will be an update.

Very unique --> So, you get to see a picture, and on the next screen you are required to reproduce the picture with your sketching skills. Sounds easy, and it is, for a little while, but it gets really hard and becomes a great challenge. I really liked this game. There is nothing out there at all like it, so it gets my vote.
