The aim of the game is to earn the required sum by buying and selling houses as fast as possible. New units appear on the game field all the time and prices change continually. There are cheap and expensive houses.
Buy cheaper houses first, then more expensive, as far as your current account allows. Look attentively at the price to sell the house in time, till the moment the price starts falling.
The game contains 5 levels, 4 types of houses with different prices.
The levels are limited by time.
We wish you good luck! 2009 Bubbler Media

Great Game....   Realtor is a fast, and fun, and addictive fast paced puzzle strategy style game you have buy house low and sale as quickly you can before you lose money and the timer runs out. And it is not as easy as it sounds. The catch is be sure that you buy the house as cheap as you can and sell at the highest price you can and make level quota before the current levels timer stops. So think fast be careful, and play this face paced puzzle game. With each level becoming more, and more challenging. This application did not crash on me and I made it thru 2 of its levels. I think the sale price of a $.99 is a great price; I ran this application on my iPhone 3GS with the updated iPhone OS version 3.1 with no issues. I recommend this game to any one who enjoys a very fast paced puzzle game.

Worth every penny   This is a truly unique game. Very original as I have not seen any others of this caliber in months. You just have to buy properties low and sell them when they reach there peak before the price starts dropping. Very crisp graphics, cool music in the background, just an all around "happy" app, one of the "feel good" apps. I beat it within 20 minutes but has a TON of replay value when it comes down to it. I have this companies other app "Free the Bird" which didn't have many reviews which was AMAZING, so I went out on a limb with this one as well since the other one was so unique and boy did they both deliver.

worth a buck   Realtor is a good game that needs a few more tweaks. I bought the game thinking it was going to be like the Build-A-Lot game. It is different but not in a bad way. It is a game where you have to watch the market and time your purchases correctly. It is a time management game where you have to watch the clock pretty closely or you will run out of time. I did not have great success with it at first; the first level is pretty tough. Once you get the hang of it, the game gets more enjoyable. I think the tutorial needs to be an actual level like many other games. It is worth the price ($.99) though and seems like a good casual game to play when on the bus. I think that with an update to fix the few glitches the game would be definitely a five star instead of a four star game.

Buy Low; Sell High and be quick   This novel approach to an arcade game requires a quick eye and accurate fingers. To win the game you need to buy low and sell high but to be quick about it. The time pressure, reaching your profit quota in a specified time, means you have to act fast and be able to watch the price on several houses at the same time. At least the houses are arranged realistically with lower price houses grouped together as are higher priced ones. I am not really good at games with time limits but I found this one somewhat enjoyable and not as predictive as some arcade games can get with repetition. Hey, once I almost made my quota. If you like games where you need to make decisions quickly then you will like this game. Also, it is nice that you can turn off the music and listen to your own. Two pages of relatively simple instructions get you started quickly. Have fun buying and selling houses. One thing that would be interesting is a penalty for trying to buy a house when you don’t have enough funds.

Fun and Addictive   This game is fun! Don’t let the name fool you into think that this is going to be a complicated game about learning the neighborhood market conditions. This is a simple game of buy low and sell high with a real estate spin. This game is fast-paced, and doesn’t get boring. Each level adds to the excitement of the last as the difficulty increases. This is geared to a more casual player, and can easily be played by just about anyone. The game is a perfect fit from the iPhone OS and hardware. No lag or bad frame rates that trouble a lot of other games that try to push the hardware. This game would really benefit from the addition of multiplayer elements or at least a GPS location aware score board to see how you are doing compared to others. I would recommend this game to anyone that has some free time to spare, and would like to do it in a fun casual environment!

Fun and Addictive   This puzzle game is very fun and addictive. You must "buy" houses at a bargain before they go off the market and sell them while their prices are inflating before they lose value. Some house prices rise/fall faster than others. Many times I ended up kicking myself for waiting too long and a house disappeared from the market. If your cashflow permits, you can buy and hold multiple houses at the same time to really increase your profits. This game is very challenging. Meeting the goal is very tough in the time frame allowed. The background music was good too. Overall, I highly recommend this puzzle/strategy game.

Very Unique Game   I didnt know what to expect but this is a very good reflex and management game where time is literaly money. There is a Lite version so I might would try before I would buy. But for .99, this game is very good. Its a game that you can put down and come back to to beat your high score. The uniqueness of the game really grabs me and I was hooked after I figured out a strategy to win.

lol   This game is quite different. I thought it was going to be alittle lame, but it turns out it's quite addictive. Just be sure to keep track of all your houses or you'll lose big time! But if you can multi task well you should be able to win good at this game.

Unique Concept, needs more.   Realtor is a very fast paced game that I'm sure many users will enjoy. The concept is to buy your house low and sell high. Without some additional features it is more like a game of real estate whack-a-mole. You jump on houses quick, buy, buy, buy, and turn around and sell them once they've reached their peak prices. I think this game although fun for a few rounds, needs more to hook me long term.

Worth it.   For the price of this app you'll be busy half of your day. Very fast, fun paced app. Really enjoyed the game and never lost interest. I would recommend this game to anyone looking for a good, fair priced app.

Realtor   I found this game to be very intriguing. It was not what I expected but was a very pleasing game. The game is a little hard to pick up at first, but once you get the hang of it you can really succeed. I would recommend this game to other people.

Very addictive   This app is very unique. The goal is to buy houses when their value is rising and sell them once their values drop. There are cheap houses and expensive ones and when you have multiple houses it becomes a complicated balancing act. It's very addictive! Something I would like to see in a future update might be more realistic graphics, maybe different size houses like small ones for the cheap ones and bigger mansion size ones for the expensive ones.

Simple but fun   Realtor is a simple but fun game. The concept of the game is simple. Buy and sell the houses that pop up on the screen to make enough money to meet your goal. Just when this game starts to be fun it is over as it has only five levels. I was able to play through the whole game the first time I played in only 15 minutes and was surprised when the game was over so soon. Also the screen doesn't change. It's the same background for all 5 levels. I enjoyed this game but I would have enjoyed it more if there was more to it.

A Unique Gem for iPhone!   I have never played a game like Realtor, but it is really fun. You want to make the most money you can by buying and selling properties that pop up on your screen. One of the best aspect of this game is the wonderful music and sound efx, combined with the charming graphics. Give this game a shot if you like face paced strategy games!

This game proves I made the right career choice.   If I made my living in the real estate market, my pets would starve, as this game proves. But Realtor has a really addictive property about it (bad pun intended), and I'm pretty sure I'll be playing it for some time to come. The premise is simple enough, you buy and sell houses until you reach a certain monetary goal and then you move on to the next level. It takes a while to get past the first $5,000.00 mark, but once you do, you feel like a real [estate] mogul. While the houses pop up in an aerial-view grid, and are easy to see, I wish there was a little more color involved. In other words, houses with a starting value of X in yellow, and a starting value of Z in blue, etc. Otherwise, I have no complaints about this game. It's worth the $1.00.

Simple & fun, but gets boring   The concept of this game is very simple but fun. It got addicting as I went through the first 2 levels. But it started to get tedious after a while. Not to mention there weren't any changes to the scenary as the levels changed. Maybe if there were other things added on as you progress to make it different and a little more difficult.

Too crazy   Maybe it's not the game for me. But personally I think the games a bit too fast moving. Maybe if they had option or levels that let you chose a speed so maybe you can get better at it and move up the speed etc. Overall concept is good though.
