Needs work This app needs some work.1. The account page needs to be changed from the Safari view. You don't need 5 lines of text to describe each transaction. You don't need the find us page (already in another part of the app. You don't need the contact us page (same reason). The buttons at the top are far too small to hit accurately (but I assume you knew that with the size of the buttons within the application). I've never seen so many asterisks on one page (except for an MLB record book); I know it's legal mumbo-jumbo, but maybe you could clean it up a little so this application stands out from the rest of your website.2. Can't tell you much about the Find ATM/Branch button, since I am in Pennsylvania and all it says is "No Chase Branches or ATMs found nearby." Fine, but then show me where another bank or ATM is so I can get to my money if I actually need it that bad.3. Account feature gets C- ATM Locator gets A+ Unfortunately the account tool is EXACTLY the same as the rough mobile website. Hopefully they optimize this for the iPhone in future updates.BUT, the ATM Locator feature is great! Doesnt work I entered in my info, and then i had to verify my account and had the activation code texted to me and it wouldnt work. Then i had another sent to me and it wouldnt work and i know i entered everything in correctly. An now i am locked out of my online banking until i go into a store to unlock it?!? Thank you Chase... but you still have work to do. I was getting to admire Bank of America for thier Iphone banking app. Yet on a boring night I was browsing the Apps Store and I found this app. I immeadiatly dowloaded it and signed in. As for the new computer sign on verification i had no problem with signing on. The thing that does not make this a great app is the inside look. The listing of my accounts and the listing of my account transactions seem sloppy and not well structured. The inside layout past the log in screen looks like I am reading a jumbled up notepad. Didn't work at first.. Read on for solution! Ok, so I've been a Chase customer for a while.. They recently updated their website where it would detect your web browser, and now they have a Mobile version for the iphone in Safari (when going to chase.com).. This was about 3-4 weeks ago, and I have been trying to login since then but with no luck at all (activation code always WRONG)!!!I contacted Customer Support and they said there was a problem with the website on the iPhone.. I waited and waited and nothing changed..Finally, today they came out with the Mobile App and I was so excited.. That excitement didn't last long, since it seems like the App just acts like a web browser and it only pulling in the mobile version web page.. So, as expected the activation code also didn't work.. Being a software engineer myself I started looking for a solution since some guys have reviewed this app as working..So, read on for my SOLUTION:I discovered that there's a problem with Chase.com's password handling on the web page where you have to enter the activation code they send you. In my password I have numbers and uppercase letters, so I suspected one of two problems: either there's a problem with numbers in the password, OR with Uppercase letters.. I then logged in on my PC and changed my password to not contain any uppercase letters, and BAM it WORKS NOW!!So, for those who are having problems, try changing your password (maybe remove any uppercase letters - that worked for me)..to CHASE: Please fix this problem as it exists in both your Mobile App and your Mobile website.. - Chase Mobile (SM) review by Mafaneh
Still stupid [on the Mac and now the iPhone] Good to see all the Chase employees writing glowing reviews, but for the rest of us -- both the web and iPhone access -- the login process requires an activation code each time. Now with the iPhone app, I just ran around the login process three times and still it greets me with smile at the door, but no info on my accounts. If only it would work... This application seems like it would have a ton of potential, but unfortunately it does not work. I needed to get an actuvation code to use the new device to log in, which I have done on computers before. Unfortunately all of the activation codes did not work. Now my account was locked and a half hour later with customer service the app still does not work. The customer service does not even seem aware that the app exists. Needs a little work This is a good start. The app definitely needs some work. The account page isn't quite as nice to navigate as it could be, and when I try to find the closest ATM it tells me to drive past where I know there to be a chase branch. That shouldn't be.

Questionable Reviews - I get Crash, not Chase Installed via sync and it has crashed each time I have launched it. The splash screen loads then it crashes. Restarted my phone but that did not help.
