This application will help you to track fitness exercises you have done and to plan future ones.
Every time you do an exercise, you enter here the date, time and some details for it. It is possible to create repeating activities and plan future trainings.
You may also track your progress or overall amount of every discipline within a period of time with History view.
I made this program to be rapid and stable. You can use it in your trips. It will work well in other time zones.
Please, keep sending me e-mails with your questions and wishes. I'll take all of them into account and will plan the roadmap of FitnessPlan accordingly. Evgeny Kondratiev

Very organized!   This app helps me track my workouts and reminds me which ones I do on which days.

Great app   This is exactly what I was looking for. All of the other free fitness apps give you videos of workouts and you can only track when you do them. This is totally flexible and let's me track my own workouts. The color coding is great too so I can easily see my different activities.

Nice app   I'm training for a triathalon and this app makes it easy for me to see my workouts for the week. I've tried a couple others (and paid for them) and thought this was the best thus far. It would be nice if there was some way to "check" or "cross-off" the workouts that you've completed. Gives a sense of accomplishment. :) Also, a way of stating what you were supposed to do (ex: 30 min) vs. what you actually did (ex: 40 min) for that workout period would be helpful. But overall a great app.

My most used app   This one is so simple, but I refer to it more than any other app. In fact, I keep it in the upper left hand corner of the first of my many pages of apps. For some people, it may not be that useful. On the other hand, if you have (as I do) a very specific training program set up that varies day to day, it's invaluable. For example, I know that on Mondays I strength train and walk, but is today supposed to be 3 miles or 4? What about next week? I can see at a glance my scheduled workouts for the week or month. When I actually complete them, I can log info about the actual training done and see graphs of what I've done. If you do the same thing every day or if you are more spontaneous about your workouts, this may not be the app for you. On the other hand, if you're preparing for a specific event and have a detailed training plan, this is a great way to keep track. I could see coaches using this as a planner as well.My only suggestion to the developer would be to have the blocks change color after actual data (distance, time, etc.) is recorded, thus visually separating the planned workouts from the completed ones at a glance. Otherwise, thanks for my favorite app!

good app!   I just got this app but I can quickly see that it will be on my first page. Right there beside Lose it. I really like that I can log in all the calories that I've burned and see on a graph how I've been progressing. Some compare it to the ical but you can't log calories, time and graphs. I like to keep a separate diary for my work outs. Great addition to my iphone. UpdateSince my last review I've gotten a chance to use it more and have noticed that once an activity is logged ans set to repeat they cannot be deleted at once if you need to. There is a button that is supposed to delete all the future events but for some reason it won't let me delete unless its one at a time. Also, Once logged some of the info cannot be edited unless it is deleted and you start that log over. Other than that I really like it. I'm sure once this bug is taken care ov it'll be 5 stars for me :o)

Good App   I enjoy this app and use it all the time. I do have a couple of recommendations. It would be nice to have more than one Amount option. Amount 1, Amount 2, Amount 3. Especially if the titles of these amounts could be customized. For example, I like to track my distance, calories burned and weight. It would be really great to track that easily within the same app. I know it's free...thank you for the hard work on it. Well done.

Good fitness log program...   I used to log all my cardio workout in Calendar since I haven't found the perfect program for that. Well... the search is over.
Sometimes simplicity is beauty and this app is perfectly done. Doesn't crash, it is fast, and there is room for improvement. I would like to see the option to change color for different workout. Also, a way to see different workout logged in the same period of time.
The developer is very quick answering my question, which deserve more than 5 stars in that area.
Keep the good work and looking forward for future updates.

ONE feature needed...   ...ability to check off items easily and have them change color so that you can see when you have completed items.
That would make the app SO much better.

Great app   I first got it just rto see If it would be any help... Now it's it best tool for my marathon training. It's simple to use and you can plan future runs and track past results. The only thing to make it better would be to give different activities with different colors to easily differentiate them. Also you should be able to create workouts with sets and reps rather than just 100 and 2 minutes. Still the best app I have.

Very Useful with Room for Improvement   I love how this can help me keep track of when I've gone to the gym and what I've done, but what I couldn't understand was why I can't put in more than one activity for that one block of time (morning, afternoon, evening). What if you've gone in the evening and did 30 minutes of jogging and 30 minutes of bike? I want to be able to put in multiple exercises to more realistically track my progress. For now, I have to put them in different time blocks, which isn't an issue, but if we're going to identify the time of day when I did my exercise, then I'd like to do it accurately. That's the only request I have. Other than that, this is a great app. Thanks!

Nice   This app is simple and nice just that the amount entry allows only numbers to be entered. I think it will be nicer and better if letters can be entered too, so that one can enter something like 5.7 miles instead of just 5.7. Thank you for a good work. - FitnessPlan review by Dktntn
Does just what I need   I love the simplicity of this app. You get to name your activity whatever you want, so you can track, say, every run just as "run" or you can separately track tempo runs or races. (It would be nice though if you could set these as subcategories of "run.") The app gives a great visual log of what you've done, and the charts are great. And you can plan ahead by entering an activity before it happens--so this app serves not just as a fitness log but also as a planner for training. If you do the activity, you just edit that day's entry. If you don't do it, you delete it, which may help you stick to your plan if you don't like the feeling of having to delete your planned activity! - FitnessPlan review by Home Shopper
Wonderful   This app is perfect for keeping track of your workout routine. I use it to make sure I keep practicing for things. If I skip a day, I'll see it. I can also see how dedicated I've been and be proud of my work. Absolutely love it. - FitnessPlan review by The Epoch
Love It   I have been looking for an app like this, thank you. However, entering the date is a pain in the rear. It would be a lot easier to just tap the date I want to make an entry for... I would give it 5 stars if I could have something like that. - FitnessPlan review by LostIt
Great App   A simple exercise tracker. Exactly what I was looking for. I love the history feature.
One suggestion: the "amount" field needs a decimel point so you can enter values like 4.5 miles. - FitnessPlan review by Dave9674
Reply to all :-)   Hello!I'm a little bit surprised that many of you want to plan future trainings. As for me, I usually do some exercises when I'm free and just the way I feel it. And every next day I get a small question to answer -- what I shall better do today: go to swim (for example) or to run? That's why I decided to make such kind of application that will help me to remember what I have done in the past (this or previous week) and to plan my next trainings for the next 3-4 days. This is the main goal of this program. Therefore, I did not plan to design recurrent activities and to program the placement of the activities in the future.Instead of that, I'm developing a feature that will analyze your past activities and suggest future ones. I hope, it will help to answer the question "what is better to do the next: to run or to swim?".PS Four stars 'cause I use it for one month and it helps me, but there are still a lot to improove. - FitnessPlan review by Evgeny Kondratiev
Nice Program and it's Free!   I normally do two to three different types of exercises in a day so now I can seperate all of them and see the times. Great way to view your progress and to keep you motivated to schedule your workouts. Much thanks.
Instead of putting all of my workouts together under evening, I separate them using morning , afternoon & evening. - FitnessPlan review by 40young
Nice!   Does what it says, and it's very convienent to have on the iPod! Just take 20 min. to plan ahead a month or so, and your good to go.
Would be five stars but it's very basic. - FitnessPlan review by Krall12krall
