Will have it on my iPhone and find a way to use this APP I've been using Virtual Sheet Music Service on my Mac for months. This iPhone APP works just fine on my iPhone3G. Though I still don't find a way to use Virtual Sheet Music on my iPhone, I do like the user interface of this iPhone APP. Simple and easy to use.

Great, simple app! A great mobile way to look up music - I'm absent minded so often forget just what it was that I wanted to remember to look up by the time I get back to my office or a library - being able to look things up before having the time to forget is very helpful. Worked great for sending music to my email address or viewing right on the iPhone, and the previews loaded fast and sounded clear. I did not have any issues with instability running on an older 8G iPhone on software version 3.1.2

Works Great for me I have had no trouble with it. I got it today, searched for Halloween music for violin, listened to 3 pieces (fast forwarded through part of one), clicked to see the actual sheet music and it sent me to safari where I was able to see the sheet music. All worked seamlessly.

Works Great...Wow Many previous posters have indicated that they have a problem with this application crashing. I downloaded it and have had nothing but success. As someone who has used Virtual Sheet Music for the past four or five years I was very pleased with both the ease of use and the attractive interface. Having read the previous posts, I tried opening and shutting down the application on my iTouch about ten times in a row. No problems whatsoever. Exploring the application I found the screenshots to be rendered beautifully and the audio samples came through loud and clear. Great App! Thanks for making it free also!

Works great I was pleased to hear that VSM had an iPhone app. I checked it out and every page of the info architecture worked on my phone. The midi files, though cheesy and dynamically erratic, at least allowed me to recognize the pieces. (Given the wealth of virtual classical instruments on the market, the audio is one area that could stand some improvement.) Overall a fine, useful app.

Handy reference app I've downloaded this app to my iTouch and tested it; good success so far. Obviously, this is useful primarily as a reference tool, to help you recognize a piece of music (can't print from the iTouch), but so far, it's working.

Works great on my 3gs I tried every button I could find and it all works fine. It even went to safari, played a tune for me, and returned to the app. I am happy to be able to access their library on the go and look forward to getting lots of great tunes. In our house, we have clarinet, violin, cello, piano, and recorder. This app will serve us well.

Virtual Sheet Music Works great for me. I did reboot my phone after installing. This sometimes helps to avert problems.Great app for musicians and music teachers. You can have an email reminder sent to yourself or your student so that the music can be downloaded from your computer.

Useful App Works Fine for Me Their website sells music but it is very useful to cheapskates like me for both the free sheet music and the collection of MP3's of almost every classical piece. When I am trying to learn a piece of music it is nice to be able to quickly get a sense of what it should sound like and their site is a reliabe source for free classical MP3's.The app does the same thing. If you want to quickly find and hear a piece of classical music then you can find it in a few clicks on this app. If you want it can email you a link to purchase the sheet music from their web site. I think it is a useful free tool for musicians as you now have a portable way to search and play the MP3's from their site.I did not experience any crashes and I have used the app about 10 times.

Awesome app I found it very easy to use and it did not crash. You can browse by composer in the catalog. You can also search by entering any text. You can preview a page of the music and listen to a sample audio file, just like you can on the main site. You can even send a reminder to any email address of any music that you find that you like. This is helpful if you would like someone else to preview it or if you would like to purchase it at a later date. (I also love the elegant graphics on the splash screen.)

Musicians, get this app! VSM gives you a library of classical music at your fingertips. This app lets me choose pieces with my teacher at a lesson, or while hanging out with members of my quartet. Then I print them out at home and never need to wait for sheet music to be delivered.

Vey nice application First, i installed the application in my iphone 2g 8gb 3.0 and it didn't work. It only showed the welcome windows and then exists.Then i installed it in my ipod touch 1g 16gb 3.1.2 and it worked just fine... no problems so far.I really liked the interface, is very friendly and neat.I found out that whne you are not connected to internet , the 'NOT CONNECTED' windows has no exit option,,, not a big problem because you can exit hitting the 'HOME' button of the iPod.Sometimes, it tells you that you are not connected to internet, even though you are, i exit the app and browse a little bit, the i rerun the app, and it works just fine.Congratulations... This application majes the iPod and the iPhone a more valuable device... :)Ruben Carreon

Needs more GUI The application didn't crash for me(iPhone 3gs) but it needs better search features - like some widgets to select instrument, skill level, composer, music type, etc. The way it is right now you just get a monolithic list of everything, or else have to do your own searches, with not enough options.

Excellent Tool!!! Thank you so much for making such a neat app. It is so easy to use. No problems with it crashing. I will say that I have to maintain a connection to the Internet. Which is fine as so many new songs are added all the time. Love the preview page and the ability to hear some clips! Excellent tool!!!

Too limited in scope. Only previews. I haven't had any performance issues with the app. Works great. This could be really nice if they let members access full scores in pdf. As it is now, you get a "first page only" preview. Don't know how useful this app will be for most users.
