Kayak.com This app just redirects you to kayak.com for all of their searches. If I go to kayak.com (which is FREE) I can search quicker and with WAY more options. This app is basically a scam - if I wanted to use kayak in an app, I would download THE ONE THAT KAYAK.COM MADE -- which is in the FREE section!I'll be seeking a refund.

Please get data from another source that has cheaper prices!update ~ this update didn't help the prices, so my rating still stands. please find a way to offer better prices, i can get better prices on priceline.I really like the interface of this app now. ive been using it since it first came out and its gotten better, but the prices are still not quite there. this is probably not your fault, but it does mean that i can still get better deals by going to the sites directly. i still like this app though, because it does give me a good idea of how much a flight would cost, then i just go book it online with my computer if it looks cheap. get your prices better and i will increase my rating!

Going to delete I will wait a bit longer on this app to see if they can work out the bugs... I've tried several times and 9 out of 10 times nothing comes up.. Good concept... But hope they get it working better.

Flawed search capabilities Not ready for paid application status. If you search for non stop flight, say AUS to LAS it says there aren't any. Searches, even with the most limited criteria and done Wi-Fi take WAY too long.

In Comparison... I was torn between iFare Finder and Airfare based on reviews from both sides so I decided to buy the both apps to compare. Overall iFare Finder is an excellent app! Pros: It has more select options i.e. Non-stop flights, Sort by, etc.; Flight results are listed with both departure and return options combined; UI is clean and organized, great graphics once you pass the icon and start page. Cons: Did not display the lowest price of two apps; Icon and start page could be updated graphically. In Comparison, both apps offer the same service for different prices. If obtaining the lowest airfare is your concern, Airfare provided the lowest price option and it is cheaper, but iFare Finder graphic-wise (once passed the icon and start page) looks better, IMHO.

Exceptionally Responsive Developer - Promising App This is an important app for all of us who travel which, admittedly, needs work (but which app does not!). The responsiveness and commitment of the app's developer raises my rating to 4 stars; I am hopeful that he will continue to improve the app. A couple of specifics:1) Sometimes the link to open the flight in Safari does not work because the session has timed out. For me, the timing for this is very quick, almost instantaneous. 2) No Southwest Airlines! This is not the developer's fault; SWA simply does not allow access to their database. If enough of us complain perhaps this will help.Suggestions that I have made directly to the developer are:1) Embed your own browser for booking. This will remedy # 1 above.2) Integration with TripIt and/or FlightTrack Pro. This will create an end-to-end airline travel system.Update Review - April 28. I increased my previous rating by one star; this is now a five star application because all issues have been fixed and it delivers what it promises. I like the interface better than Airfare; Airfare forces you to visit two pages (one each for departing and returning legs) where iFare Finder puts it all on one page. I find it easier to navigate that way.

Niceeeee - Good Update - Better look and feel This app is pretty cool! I wondered why there wasn't a halfway decent flight search app. I travel alot, mostly to Mexico and Bangkok. I...like the..uhhh...food. But this shows me a nice variety of flights anytime I get a craving. To fly. A craving to fly. Awesome app!!
The updates never cease to amaze me! With this kind of service, it makes me wonder if the developer is a total geek just always locked up in his basement. Oh well, it's a good thing I guess. For me at least. Awesome app!!

Yea, I was right in my Airfare review I didn't intend to buy this app, as Airfare was working perfectly, but for the sake of my curiosity, I got it anyhow. Turns out, my review in Airfare was dead-on. The aesthetics of iFare don't even come close for the Airfare app, the cost of the application is twice as much, but most importantly, the prices for the airfare are about $15-$20 more expensive than on Airfare's search. All-around, while functional, when compared to Airfare, this app falls short by several magnitudes.

Waste of time I purchased and downloaded 45 minutes ago. Can't sort by price. Much lower prices are found on Orbitz, Expedia, and actual airline sites. Doesn't keep previous selections when entering new criteria, so you have to fill out the entire page again. I selected "all results," and then selected only "15 results," but "all results" still returned. I wish I knew where the little dweeb who took my money lives.
