Good demo I consider buying the full version but want to check the animations, so I grabbed this one first. The animations are fantastic! I like them more than video, because they are very clear and there is nothing there that closes the view or distracts, and videos almost always are not contrasty enough. I would not use this version - ABC - because I need one that also tracks my workouts, so I will check out the full version. Other than that - this app is cool!

Average I liked the application. It was definitely informative, but I wish I had spent some more time just searching through the store. There are other developers offering this and a lot more features (including SmalTek themselves) for just a buck or two more. I mean, it just makes sense to pay a little more and get something that actually lets you record your workouts or graph your results.

I like it. A very informative app. I will definitely use it daily. However, I dislike the color. Wish there was a settings option to beable to: 1) change the background color, & 2) add a password protection option. Please add it in. Thanks!!

Good app It needs a way to add more days, and a calendar of workouts. I'd also like a way to input the weight I lifted,and the number of reps and sets. Other than that, good app.
