AF Guide: The Atrial Fibrillation Reference - QxMD Medical Software

Perfect decision aid This app is a welcome addition to my collection of handheld references. The warfarin dosing guide is an enormous time saver and the ability to email results will be appreciated by patients.
The decision aid with regards to anticoagulation is a step forward from simply relying on CHADS2 scoring, looking beyond risk of embolism to consider risk of hemorrhage.
