Needs alot of work Not down with the whole activation code when first trying to use the app. I'm sure the great minds at Suntrust can think of a better way for their customers to start up the app without the whole activation code deal. To whom this may concern at Suntrust. Take a look at the Bank of America app and build from that. I will reconsider this app if and when it is completely reworked.

It's a start It quickly and easily shows my available balance and does allow you to pay bills but there are several upgrades that need to be made.
It definately needs to show pending transactions!
It needs to have the ability to search for past transactions by name or amount and search transactions within a specified date.
Bill pay is very limited and doesn't even let you specify a date for the payment. It doesn't show scheduled payments for upcoming bills. In the confirmation page before you click the "submit" button it doesn't show the date the payment will be sent. You don't find that out until after you send it!
When the app is opened the keyboard should automatically appear. The expenses should have a different color than the deposits.

Suntrust App Unable to work. Says it's "locked". Cannot put in passcode even. Called Suntrust and they said:
1. Problem with app.
2. Problem with Suntrust
3. If I just delete this app I can no longer use online banking.
I wrote to the app folks but never heard back from them.
Bad app. Sorry folks, just doesn't work at all.

Lord, I thank you this was free Thier is ZERO instructions for this app at the download and nor inside the application in regards on how to activate. I called suntrust and they said "oh, just sign in to the online first and get your activation code thier". Turns out it's not for business accounts. So, besides the fact that it's not for me AGAIN ZERO instructions and time wasted. I'll write another review when we try my wifes personal account.

Nothing new, but a start. This is the same interface as the "mobile banking" app. It works and allows basic access. It does not allow you to change the date of bills due (sometimes I paybills sooner than the due date). Also, no check images, no online statement viewing. Overall
, it's very basic. Looking forward to a fully functional update.

Activation pin# too much of a hassel Forced to use generic suntrust tel # to try and get activation pin..after 5th menu and no closer to pin I stopped wasting my time..app deleted.
