Surprisingly impressed. Worthy of taking the time to write a review!! I don't believe there is a resource even in print that is as in-depth as this application is in reviewing the large numbers of clinical tests available for a physical exam. For most not practicing in this setting it may be a nice review tool or reference to have on hand, however anyone that sees patients with musculoskeletal conditions on a regular basis will find this an often-used app well worth the price (especially in an academic setting). Outstanding!

MD This application is a superb resource for health care workers who are interested in performing pertinent physical exam tests properly, and understanding their validity based on the current medical literature. It is a tool that allows the user to quickly review how to carry out the various described tests on any joint or the spine with written instructions and video links. Each test has a properties page with a statistical summary of its sensitivity, specificity and likelihood ratios, as well as links to the source abstract via PubMed. This compendium is appropriate for therapists, primary care providers as well as orthopaedic surgeons, and especially valuable for students and residents eager to acquire these critical skills.

Great User Friendly Clinical Tool I recently purchased Clinical Orthopeadic Exam and found it incredibly useful. For the time sensitive evidence based world we practice in it helps keep me on track when faced with challenging patient evaluations. It gives me the most clinically relevant information up front, citing examination test techniques with known sensitivity and specificity values, clear and concise instructions, references and even a video. Navigating through the APP is very intuitive as well. Over all a must have for every clinician and student.

awesome EBM app! This is a great app! It very intuitively organized via a body chart, it includes instructions and videos of a ton of special tests, and even includes psychometric properties of the various tests based on current research. Evidenced based apps like this are likely the wave of the future in medicine....

Outstanding App! Tried anatomy apps. Not impressed. Tried some medical reference apps. Some are OK, most are a waste of money, in my opinion. However this app is simply amazing. Clinically relevant is exactly right! This app combines tests with their statistical properties and helps you apply the most relevant test to your patient - a key difference between this and the other resources out there. Most other tools just list tests with no context or background. This one gives you what you need to make the right decision for your patient. Outstanding work! A worthwhile update on some key tests is much appreciated as well!
