This app is terrible It looks like they threw this together overnight. Constantly crashes, no visuals, no mapping, useless. Reminds me of web pages before browsers allowed images. BLAH.

Bad, bad, bad When you search a zip code, this app provides the ENTIRE city where that zip resides. That might be cool for small towns and cities, but for metro areas or major cities it is beyond useless. Whoever threw this app together does not know real estate.

Search options Great app. I have the new iPhone and have had no problems with this app... So far. However. The search criteria should be tweaked. The sq footage tends to include lot size. Good start but constantly crashes When using the GPS to determine location, the program constantly crashes. Takes normally 6 to 10 attempts to have the program not crash. Only found about one out of ten homes for sale in my area Not sure what database this uses, but it missed a lot of houses in my area that are on the MLS lists that realtors use. It works well, just doesn't show a lot of houses that have been for sale for several weeks now. For example, the area I looked up was 95620, from $350K to $400K. Works but missing properties I pulled this down to watch the homes that go up in my neighborhood, only to find that they don't show up in the list. Very spotty results With for sale signs tick on the ground and many pages of ads in the local paper, I expected to find at least a few houses in the area but this app found only 3 or 4 instead of hundreds and then declared their locations unknown!
