This HTML Editor application provides for these functions specifically with its unique interface.
Internet connection is not required for this application, but to view the source code of webpages, it is needed.
Note: This application provides an open URL field which may be used to load content which may be objectionable (hence the 17+ rating). The application displays as "HTML Editor" and not "HTML Editor - Dirty" on a device. 2009 Eric Lu

Not bad   A simple app that does just what I want: to write HTML and review on my iPhone. It lacks CSS support though because everything is saved as an html file. The interface for managing files is a little clunky but it gets the job done. Would be awesome if this was fixed in an update.

Good, but could be improved   First let me say, as a general HTML program it's fairly decent. No bull, lean, gets the job done and has a preview mode. The only problem I have is the way it overwrites old files, in that it doesn't overwrite at all and just creates another file with another .HTML extension.
No joke, after saving 4 times it looks like file.html.html.html.html
With all of that said, I really wish it has css support.

Frustrating   It's a good concept and it works most of the time. The problem I have with this app is that their only means of support is for me to email them about the problems I'm having. Oh, sure, they have a "Forum" listed, but there's not a single post on there. Surely they must some idea of the issues that need to be resolved but they sure don't seem willing to share that information with anyone else.

It's alright   This is no dreamweaver but it's a good start. Needs to have better FTP support and be able to overwrite the old file. Also you should be able to browse an FTP server an grab the file from there to edit insted of from the web. Also the web browser isn't the best. Looks promising!
