Biz Analyst+ is a general purpose business analysis program for accounting, real estate and business professionals as well as business students. It includes hundreds of built in functions for business, finance, mathematics, statistics, unit and currency conversions. Functions operate with a calculator interface or with worksheets designed to simplify calculation of specific business problems. Keys and worksheets are generously sized for easy data entry and computing using the touch screen.
All time value of money variables are continuously displayed to give you confidence in your problem setups. Results can be reviewed, annotated and emailed to clients using the built in electronic audit tape.

Financial Adviser This is my new favorite financial calculator App for the iPhone bar non! It's light years better than my old TI calculator and makes the other iPhone apps I've tried seem antiquated and clunky. I love the way it uses scrolling tables just like an excel spread sheet for cash flow analysis, depreciation schedule, loan amortization and statistics editing. The other iPhone apps make you enter 1 field at a time and then you have to touch the next field and wait for the keyboard to popup. This app lets you just tap the next button to enter the value for the next field. No waiting for a keyboard to pop up. And the popup keyboard has keys that are large enough that you can actually type on it. As an added bonus, you can do any calculation you want in an edit field without having to go back to the calculator.The built in user guide is very thorough and well laid out with examples for solving most any financial problem. The tape feature is amazing! I've been using it to email myself the depreciation and amortization schedules and then I just cut and paste them into excel on my desktop computer.The conversion worksheet converts area, length, volume, temp, etc. and even has a currency converter built in using the slot machine interface. My TI never did that! This is like getting a currency converter and a conversion calculator and a financial calculator all in 1 iPhone app.Highly recommended!

Straight Forward! This is a very well laid out app. Very easy to navigate and so convenient! * Great selection of custom worksheets. * The worksheets are very handy for generating multiple scenarios. * The tape function works seamlessly to allow emailing of worksheet outputs. * I used cut and paste of worksheet tape into Word document for side by side comparison of multiple scenarios.

Passes the test This calculator is terrific! I tried it out with some of the fun problems from business school that almost all the other calculators on the app store fail with- like the one where a consultant is paid a penny a second 24 hours a day all year. He invests it at 10% per annum compounded by the second. How much will he have at the end of the year? (set n = 60 x 60 x 24 x 365, i = 10 / n, PV = 0, PMT = -.01). Solving for FV gives 331,667.0067. Then if you re-solve for interest it does that correctly also i = .0000003170979198. Try to fast figure that!The worksheets are a breeze to use and having the current values shown for all the TVM variables really makes a difference. I love the tab layout- you can click between the calculator, worksheets, settings and the user manual just by tapping the icons at the top of the screen. It's really easy to flip between the examples in the user guide and the calculator. You can even turn off the keyclick sound (unlike the expensive HP12c which this outshines)The conversions worksheet is amazing- like getting a whole other app. The only thing missing is the ability to make my own worksheets...This app shows why an iPhone is better than any other phone out there.

A Real Estate Agent's Best Friend Much better than my Real Estate Master IIIx, and about 1/8 the price. Handles amortization & all other real-estate financing calculations that I use every day, plus it has the ability to do some really advanced stuff. I love replacing all my other gadgets with iPhone apps, just one device to carry around now!

Smleaffer I thought Ernest Brock's AllRPNcalc was the best financial calculator, but this newer version BA+ with the Tape feature is just great; I like both versions so much that I'll keep them both on my Iphone; they are both easy to use. Thanks for 2 great apps.
