Great app! This is a wonderful app; the designers have done a great job and seem to be attentive to the need for some tweaking. Even if you are not a devotee of the CBC, this is one of the best streaming audio apps available. There is a wide variety of program material available and the sound quality is consistently excellent. The added "bells and whistles" such as the sleep timer and listen while browse were pleasant surprises.
I suppose one could wish for the "play in background" function that Wunderradio has but overall, I am so happy with this app. Thanks CBC.

Great to have CBC on my phone! Great to have access to live and past shows. Schedule and frequency guide is handy too. I'll probably listen to more of their shows as a result.

Great App. You can listen to any of the main radio 1 or radio 2 streams live. You can also listen to amy of the podcasts on demand (and there are a ton of them). This app is making a Canadian in LA very happy. Only complaint is the lack of fast forward in podcasts. Sometimes I listen to half of an Ideas podcast and I need to be able to find my place again when I come back to it.

Really nicely designed app If you like CBC radio then this is just a really well designed app and provides great content. The only downside is with Apple in that it will not let you listen while doing other stuff. However, the CBC app was nice enough to include a limited browser where you can at least surft their website while listening to content.

Speaker prob? The day after installing app, was listening to an audio stream with headphones and suddenly the sound cut out. An error message said there was a connection problem. But then discovered that speakers and phones for iPod and audio apps had died. After rebooting all was fine.
Don't know if this happened because of headphones or app. Anyone have similar experience?

CBC is missing regional feeds A good start to what could become much better. I'm a CBC Prince Rupert/Prince George regional listener and I've not been able to listen to Daybreak North. I'd think many would appreciate being able to access this regional feed. Until it happens I'll have to give a less than stellar rating.

Setting the Standard I've never seen a more well-designed app from an interface POV. It's amazingly well organized, easy to use, has great content, and consistently behaves exactly as you think it should! All other content apps should go to school on this one - it really does set a new standard for excellence, elegance, and ease of use. Not to mention all the great content! Now if only there were a US-centric version for us yanks :-) What else to say? Well done!
