Version 0.9 not accurate on Game Day. Decent app that I know will get better.Pros: Free. Nice AP/BCS/USA Today rankings and conference standings page. Sports news.Con: Not real time or even close to it on Game Day, which is what this app should be. You have the option to set up My Faves (or teams you wish to follow), but sometimes shows the previous week's scores (or old scores) of your favorite teams. Example on 10/4, Nebraska played Missouri, but would sometimes show Nebraska-VA Tech. UCLA played Fresno St, not BYU (which they played on 9/13). - College Football Live! review by sbgaucho
Great college fball app Not sure what's with all these crappy reviews. I think the apps great and is one of the only with live play by play. I like the favorite teams features and news, photos, and rosters are excellent. It's better to follow college football with this than sportstap or sportstacular. After most current update (post iphone 2.2 OS update) - App crashes everytime it's opened I really liked this application over the past few months but now it won't even startup properly. Everything was working fine until I did the Iphone 2.2 update. I was then notified of an update to CFL. After that update was installed the program just shows the startup screen and then crashes/closes. This app has a lot of potential...but Nice interface and I like the fact that I can select my favorite teams and have them show up first. What I don't like is how inaccurate the scores are on game day. Twice I've logged in to check the status of my teams, get the scores, only to find out later that they were totally wrong. Even the final scores were wrong with the winning team actually showing up that they had lost. I have no idea how this happenned, but it did. Twice. Until they get this fixed I have little use for the app. I should give it a 1 star but because the interface is nice and because I assume they will fix this and many other bugs I gave it 2 stars. - College Football Live! review by Big.Wave.Dave

Need some quality control Worked fine and was a decent app, but now it has been rendered completely useless. How could you not check this before releasing an update?

Apparently rushed to production; buggy and slow, with inaccurate data Just because it's free doesn't forgive careless, inaccurate data, such as game start times! This is an important key factor. You wouldn't buy a watch that doesn't keep accurate time. The rest of the application looks promising and functions with varying degrees of success. Could be a great app This is my my #2 favorite college football app and I have them all.
There are a few bugs that need to be worked out. It will crash every now and then. The smack talk feature does not work on my phone. It will load up then you can see the smack talk for a sec. Then it will disapear and say game on!
Other than that. Great App!

Good App I really like this app.. It is def the best one I've used on here.. However, they r two things I wish they'd fix.. #1 the game times aren't right.. It says Bama plays UK at 9:30 ET and the game is really atl 3:30 ET.. #2 this isn't really a problem I just wish u could do this.. I love how it shows pictures on this app of the games that week.. I just wish u could save them to your iPhone like u can pictures from the web..
