Love this app   This is an absolutly amazing app. I followed along with the STS-129 launch. So much fun. One request though, have some kind of explanation for, or definitions of the events. Thanks again, highly recommend this to all.

Love it   I love this app. It's so spot on! Watching the launch of the Ares I-X and all the Holdings are spot on!
All information is update right in front of your eyes, while NASA are saying it on NASA tv.
Brilliant.

Mission Clock is brilliant!   I work at Johnson Space Center and, when I am not in Mission Control, I am frequently on the go during missions briefing managers and decision makers on what's going on during flight. Of course NASA has our own 'official' events log, but Mission Clock gives me nearly flawless information in my pocket about what events are happening and when. This app helps keep me in the know and is indispensible!

Wonderful Addition to the Space Enthusiast's Arsenal   If you are at all interested in the space program, then this is an application you must buy. When this application is running, it displays detailed information about upcoming events in active space missions. It's a great way to keep tabs on active missions and to be aware of what launches are coming up. There are so many launches that simply don't get press coverage, and this app allows you to stay up to date on what's going on with with the space program.

Worth every penny!   The app delivers on everything it promises. Notifications of aborts come within seconds of the abort. I would second the other reviewers that would like to hear the audio and for push notifications before major events, such as launches or things slamming into the moon (an hour, half hour?). Awesome app - would buy again even as is!

Absolutely fantastic!!   Worth every penny if you're a space enthusiast. Gives you a shuttle load of information that you cannot get elsewhere. You know exactly what is going on each minute. Including when the astronauts are sleeping.

Very Cool! More detail than you'd probably ever need. Has PUSH alerts to let you know of changes.   This is slick. All sorts of details. I was really hesitant to spend the $4.99 for it but I had heard that he specifically has to make changes by hand as NASA changes timelines. From the other descriptions it looks as if it has some kind of alerts, but these are PUSH alerts, that means you can get them even when not running the application. And it looks like it keeps track of the push alerts so you can view them later. One semi-big complaint (but I'm still giving this 5 stars): In the application, the mission clock pages needs to be linked to the missions page. Clicking the clock title should take me to the mission page for that mission and clicking the events at the bottom of a clock page should take me to all the events for that mission. They're all there already, they're just too many clicks away. There's info on past missions too. The only difference is the clocks aren't ticking....Maybe some definitions for some of the information or links for more info on the launches (more than what's the overview page). Links to NASA TV to watch? To stream audio? Hmm... Maybe the ability to listen to the NASA audio stream while in the application.

Instant updates! Very slick!   I was just watching NASA TV for the STS-128 countdown, with Mission Clock running right along. It was really fun to watch the countdown events tick by as they happened on TV (only a few seconds off due to DirecTV's satellite delay). And, when the launch was scrubbed, I got an alert on Mission Clock within seconds.During STS-127, I was able to keep track of one of the launch attempts while I was running errands, and got the abort notice when I was standing in Kinko's. My point? You can keep track of space missions wherever you are, whether you're following along with the TV or you're out and about on a busy day. If you're excited by the space program, this is a great app to stay connected.

Very cool!   I love watching space shuttle launches. This app seems to give a pretty good idea of the launch status, and makes it really easy for me to keep track. I can't wait for the next shuttle launch to try it out!

This is exactly the app I was looking for!   I love it, I now get at-a-glance info on all space missions. I've always been a space junkie, and spend a lot of time trying to find this info out. Now I never miss a launch or EVA. I think I'll be using this app a lot. Well worth it!

simple and elegant   A simple and elegant way to stay up to date with Space Shuttle activities. I love the nicely formatted event lists and easy to read timers. This app puts you right in the action with detailed event lists for each mission. I have used it to track STS-127 so far and I am looking forward to STS-128 soon!

Great detail, well presented, extra information   I've been showing some NASA TV to my daughter, and she is fascinated with the missions and how they do work on the shuttle and the ISS. This app brings another level of detail, with the event listings and times of each event for each mission. It's great that some recent past missions are listed too. The information looks pretty technical, obviously with some NASA jargon, but it's actually fun to see that.Really appreciate the push notifications this app has for major events! Don't expect to get bombarded with a stream of push alerts, though; they are rare and apparently only used when something big happens, like a scrub.Contrary to what one misleading review stated, this app is definitely tracking all the major launches.
