PhotoKast lets you broadcast your photos and help others broadcast theirs. Post a photo from your camera or album and it will be sent to PhotoKast users in your area. If they like what they see, they can vote to send it on to others near them. The more people that like your photo, the faster and further it will spread throughout the world! Likewise, view photos posted by others and help them along. Track the buzz generated by each of your pictures through comments and maps that show its popularity all over the world.
My Kasts: One-tap access to see your photos and how far they have traveled. Also, easily browse the top photos worldwide!
Photo Trails: See where your photos are most popular on a world map, and browse the many comments left by the people who voted for it.
Messaging: See a photo you like and want to send a message to its author? Not a problem! You are limited to only 10 messages in this free version. (Unlimited messaging in PRO version)
Saving Photos: If you find a photo you like, you can also save a copy of it to your own photo album. 2008 Ten23 Software, Inc.

Fun but needs a few things Very fun but the app should add a couple things to help with all the insta-thumbs down voting.
Possible solutions:
1. Put a "pass" choice
2. Place the picture title on the top so people can see it before voting

Why pay for PRO ??? This app is the same as pro just u can't save ur taken pics that u took from the app so basicaly ur paying 3 dollars to she pics from the app when u can just take normal pics and open the app and upload them. I LOVE THE APP THO !!

Best photo sharing app out there This app owns I spend mad time on it. What I'd really like to see tho honestly is a option to view only pictures taken in photokast. That and a search ability to see more pictures from someone without having to go through all the other pictures. Overall tho great app

Worth buying the pro version. Great App. First one I felt worth of buying. The pro version doesn't give you that much added functionality but it is enough to justify the $3 for the pro version. Definitely worth downloading and trying the free version - I don't generally buy apps but I bought this one. Not as much anonimity as Photoswap but that eliminates a lot of garbage and Photokast has 100 times more functionality. I gave it 4 stars because there are some small things that could be improved upon but it is far better than I would have expected from a free app.All in all a great product.

App shoppers beware!! Addictive personalities stay away from this app! U will not be able to disconnect from ur charging cord becuz u will never b able to fully charge ur phone! I'm about to pay the $2.99 for the "pro" version becuz I've used up the 10 free/trial msgs. It's a deal!

Incredibly Amusing After thoroughly reading the writeup on the creative process behind PhotoKast, I had to give it a shot, and I'm glad I did! Very awesome app, and incredibly intuitive to boot. It does everything the writeup says it would do and then some. You just don't get the full picture from reading about it. Bravo!
