Has what some others are missing...people to chat with! Great app! Like some of the others, it'll get better as more people use it, but at least you can find people to chat with from the start. Some of the other social networking apps require you to have friends already on those apps which is difficult when they're new and you have to convince your friends to join. I like that it easy to chat with people. It also allows you to set some more specific details as to what you're interested in. It's nice to be able to send someone a private chat and they get notified of it when they log back in. There are a few tweaks that are needed, but I've seen the list of updates that are coming out soon which will certainly make it even better, so give it a try! I think you'll find yourself using it more than the others.

Needs some serious work The things needed to make this app worth while:
1. No more crashes
2. A friends list of some sort, to be able to favorite people that you first meet. Not everybody is going to want to exchange phone numbers right off the bat.
3. A way to view old messages. Every time you close out of a message, it disappears and you can't find that person again.
4. A better search feature. When I put it to search within 100 meters, I'm getting people across the country.
5. A better variety of profile options.
6. Some sort of notification that you've been messaged instead of having to reenter the app even though it's idling in the background.
I really hope I see some of these changes implemented soon.
I dont suggest getting this app if you are a woman. There are constantly ignorant horny guys who are going to harass you til no end. It's worse than being in XBL.

Excellent app So far, I'm really enjoying chatting with new people on this app. The app itself is a nice social mechanism, but also, the devs responded to my feedback within thirty minutes - Not bad!!! :-D I can't wait to see how this app might evolve.

Get This App ! great app and I think that if a lot more people start using this it can really go places. fantastic idea but once again the downfall is if not many people are using it, this app becomes useless...a feature should be added so u can bookmark people or put them in like favorites or something like that so u can access them easier. The simplicity of this app is the best thing going for it right now =)

"Load More" and "Load Previous" even if there's nothing more? Isn't it kind of useless to display "Load More"... when there's nothing "more" to load right now?Isn't it VERY useless to display "Load Previous" when there's nothing "previous" to load at all?If there's only 4 users online... just display them.... and stop making everyone hit "MORE" and "LESS" for no reason.Also,About 50% of the pictures, when clicked on, try to go into "full screen view" mode... but only display the top 10-20 lines of the picture, instead.(That's with a strong 3G or Wi-Fi signal.)All other pictures display fine.

great app, great things to come. Great local area social networking app. Works much better than similar apps. interface is nicely put together. some minor bugs, but got assurance they were being worked out when chatting with the developer whom I found in my area. sweet. really looking forward to updates. this app has a great future. already connected with a couple people - 1 of whom i haven't seen in years! great app!

Great Technical Support I have 2 say the prompt response to my issue was welcomed! I was contacted within an hour of the email, this was at 1am local time 3 emails later and within 8 hours the problem was resolved, let me add it probably would of been resolved in 2 hours had I provided the correct information initially. Kudos guys to great communication and speed of service!

Great Potential I was just looking around for a chat app n stumbled on this one. I think that it's as easy as it gets to meeting ppl that are around and extremely quick to just jump into a convo. With a couple of tweaks here n there, I see this app rising to the top. Keep up the great work. :)

The social networking app that was begging to be written! This is a very nicely implemented app for those who want to find new people near them. It uses the "current location" facility of your iPhone to find other users who are interested in hanging out or just talking. Makes it easy to find both people close by and new people from just about anywhere. Lets you fill out a mini-profile that is simple yet has a lot of flexibility. You can not only chat with text and emoticons, but you can exchange photos taken on-the-spot very easily. The program keeps your chat logs. And you can password-protect access to the app, to thwart snoopers.The more people install and use it, the more people you will find closer to you. I had no problem finding several people within 20 minutes of me at 4am, and I'm in the boonies. Imagine if you were in a major metropolitan area during the early evening, or at a huge event like a concert. The growth in the user base of this app is already exponential, and it has the potential to be as big as MySpace or Facebook. This is definitely something to tell your friends about.Some users have posted negative reviews, but their criticisms seem mostly to do with the social implications of such a service, not the application itself. - There's nothing the developer can do about there being many more men than women using the service, or the quality of people using it.- If someone is sending you messages you don't like, it's easy to block them.- The application is free; so of course there are advertisements. How else do you expect programmers to be paid, and for servers supporting hundreds of thousands of users to keep running?In short: if you like the idea of discovering someone geographically close, this is a very well-done app that will let you do so. Beyond that, all the pros, cons, and caveats of online interaction apply.

MORE PEOPLE SHOULD TRY If more people would try this it would definately be a hit. I love that it finds you, and tells you the distance where people are.
Additional star awaits the update.
UPDATE:
Love the new update! It just gets better and better. Probably one of the most solid social apps out there for the iPhone. Rarely crashes, instant response time, and now you can send photos!
I can't wait to see what these guys gave in the next update! Perhaps some chat groups? I'd like to see a blend of what Zintin does.

Great Application, very little to gripe about I have been using this app for a week with great success, chatting to a few dozen people, updating my profile, etc and it all works great, except there is sometimes an issue where the message you just sent a person doesn't go through, and if it was lengthy, is a huge pain to retype and resend. Overall, a great app and fun to see who's here :)
