Good job in manual mode, but automatic gps tracking needs tons of improvement Manual tracking and typing-in of 2 specific addresses to calculate your mileage works great. However the automatic gps tracking doesn't follow you accurately, nor does it follow your multiple destinations throughout the work day. Please work on this Intuit!

Worthless I hit the start button when leaving the office for calls and upon return hit stop and it said I traveled 0.1 miles? What! I made at least 15 sales calls. You have to keep hitting the buttons all day long at every single stop and it takes up to 45 seconds to connect and sometimes not at all. The old pencil and log book is 10 times more efficient, what a waste of four bucks and my time.

Worthless I've attempted to use this twice. Both times, my location services were on. My husband's location services were on and he was using another ap successfully using those services. Yet this ap went over 20 minutes 'attempting' to pinpoint my location. I was already at my destination by then. I told iTunes I wanted my $$ back, they referred me to developer which went to a 'feedback' form. But it's been a week with no response. I wrote Itunes again a week ago asking for refund. No response from anyone. It simply does not work.

A Road Warrior's Dream! Just put Tap2Track through its paces on a road trip from end of Florida to the other... more than 1200 miles... and it worked like a charm -- every time! The program is the pinnacle of convenience and with its email function, setting up a mileage chart for business purposes at taxtime is a breeze. I used 2 other mileage programs and I've scrapped them both. T2T is what I've been waiting for... and it was a pleasant surprise to find Intuit is behind its development. Nicely done, gents!

Re-booted and everything is working!! Five stars works like a dream. When I first installed nothing worked but I re-started my iPhone and it's working like dream. Fast and easy to use. Good reason to add addresses to my phone contacts. There are couple enhancements I'd like but nothing I cannot live with out. Knowing Intuit they already thought of them and they'll be in a future release.
Emailed support and they responded back quickly. They want to make this app a sucess.

A no brainer What can I say? You push the button to go. You push the button to stop. The trip is logged! Or, if you're like me and you sometimes forget to push the button, you simply enter the addresses and viola, trip is logged. Yeah, you can do that on mapquest etc but for a couple of bucks this app makes it FAR easier to keep an easy record for later use. I especially like how you can email the milage logs and/or send them to turbotax. This app is one of the most practical utilities in the app store.

Great App!! Great new App. This app makes it so easy to track your business mileage that I can't believe I was using pen and paper before. Even if I forget a trip it makes it easy to calculate the mileage. I am excited to see at the end of the year how much more money I will receive with this kind of accuracy. This app is super easy and makes tracking your mileage fun versus a chore.

Tap Ap Crap Never gets starting and ending locations right. I have to manually correct each trip. Trips with multiple stops are impossible. I figured Intuit would get it right but this app is more hassle to use than an ink pen and log book. Suggestion: integrate with Google map so at least user can look up location without having to quit and loose data already entered.

Not flexible enough Locations require a physical address that has to coordinate with a real map location or contact. Doesn't work for me, often I make stops that don't have or need a full address. Apps like this that require only a name of a location are better for me. Surprised Intuit didn't make something better that is more flexible and custom.

Not actual mileage Does not give actual miles traveled. Uses shortest distance calculated by google maps. If you take any side trips you have to stop & start a new trip at each way point to get accurate miles. Better to buy a dedicated GPS data logger that records your actual route.

Same here Great interface, easy to use. Does not always track distance, and you've lost data at that point. Like to do multipoint travel as well, although you can start and stop at each location.

Review This is a great app for those who need to track miles for any reason. The starting location could not be found on a couple of trips and I had to engage the maps app first. I'd also like to export the data into an xl format instead of a cvs, but that's not that big of a deal. It's very easy to start and stop--as long as you actually remember to do so---but forgetting is certainly not a fault of the app. Overall I give it a very good rating.

So far, no good Although I should have known better, I should have stuck with a program that allowed me to try it first. I went with this one for ease, but the first time I used it the gps was way off. I am very frustrated that I didn't use common sense and wasted my $$.

They need to fix this The GPS just doesn't work in this app which makes it pointless and a ripoff. I'll update my review when they do because the concept is great. The fact that it doesn't exactly know the route you take is not a big deal when you consider the convenience.
