Upset that there's two programs I was going to give this app five stars until I stumbled upon two apps ..
I wish on the info they would put that there is a jaadu remote desktop application that streams audio and video !! I would of purchased that instead of the jaadu vnc because my computer is able to run that program .. The vnc is great but I would LOVE the audio and video part that the other app has =[
An update would be nice to have on this app ..
Hope whoever is reading this picks the right app if their computer is compatible ..

Flawless, well developed, Great support I had some connection issues at first, I emailed support and they were quick to respond(minutes). Due to the fact I am connecting to 2 buisness locations with a buisness class high speed Internet modem, some adjustments were needed to the DNZ and firewall settings on the modems. I was given explicit instructions from jaadu, contacted my service provider, made the necessary changes and BAM!! I'm up and running. The program works exactly as described and expected, regardless if I'm on wifi, 3g or edge. I have used this app on all 3. I'm able to type contracts, check trips on my database, print and fax, all from my pc using my phone. You can believe the hype, this app is mind boggling-amazing technology and worth more than 25 peanuts. If you must access your pc while away from the office or home and be able to use all of your features or data on your pc than download this app NOW. I have experienced no flaws in the app, very well developed. If your having connection issues I can personally guarantee you it is just a matter of one time configuration adjustments needed with your pc, router or modem and not with this app. Once your up and running properly, everyone will agree with my review. Buyers be aware of which app you purchase, RDP is nice for the streaming audio but not necessary and only works on certain operating systems, check compatability prior to purchase at jaadurdp.com. VNC works for all pc's, it just does not feature streaming audio, that's what your music player is for on your phone. Serious users in need for an app like this will be overjoyed with the quality and performance. Great job to all developers involved. I plan on sending alot of iPhone users your way!! My iPhone is now a laptop what's next?

LOVE THIS APP! Well, I didn't know for sure what to do when I saw this app. Should I buy it and risk losing $25 because I don't know how to make it work? Will it only work on my home network, and not away from home where I need it the most? I bit the bullet and bought it.Setting up a WiFi connection to my home iMac was a BREEZE- all pretty much automatic. Just needed to setup a VNC password and BAM!Setting it up for VNC access through my router was a tad bit more complicated. I knew NOTHING about my router axcept how to access it's settings. After some research on the Jugaari website and google, I figured it out. WORKS AWESOME!There is some lagging if I'm connected through EDGE- quite a bit of lagging. The lag goes down A LOT when connected through 3G, and is almost as responsive as a WiFi connection. I could go on and on, but I will summarize. Setting up through a home WiFi connection is really simple. Setting up through a VNC connection outside of WiFi was a litttle harder. Far superior to Mocha Just purchased this the instant it was released. I used Mocha VNC (Full Version) prior to this. Teleport is MUCH better in layout and usability. Also love the little "wormhole" effect while connecting! Really nice touch, also highly recommended for access to screens beyond 1600x1200 (Mocha's limit)... Works with Windows XP and TightVNC no problems at all...Update after using for the first day: I noticed some crashing with Teleport usually when starting to connect, which I can confirm is due to memory limits being reached on the iPhone. If you follow the developer's advice to either re-boot your phone or force-quit Safai and Mail (the iPhone's two largest memory hogs, open them and hold the "home" button for 5-7 seconds each) the crashes I was experiencing disappear. Also found out that this app is by the author of the jailbreak app Touchpad Pro, which was very nice indeed. cost 2.5x other app, but worse in some respects Scrolling is choppy and opposite iPhone convention (and opposite the other application). Maybe this is a result of larger scrolling capabilities, but I find the other application smoother and more pleasant to use in this respect.Finding VNC servers automatically is nice.Other App seems more intuitive and smoother. Worlds of potential.... Wow. This is going to be great when it's bug-free.Right now, it crashes frequently. I connect via Vine Server (because Screen Sharing is disabled on my Mac because of Remote Desktop). I can control my screen flawlessly, but the image on the iPhone stops updating after a bit. Very useful and solid This program is excellent. The interface is smooth just like the iPhone, pinch and drag to move around on the desktop. FYI: I just purchased Teleport this morning and the "About" box says it is v1.1 (although the App Store still says 1.0)After installing, I got an error message about being low on resources when trying to connect to my Mac Pro (which was already set up for screen sharing and which Teleport automatically detected)... I "Force Quit" Safari and Mail as Teleport recommended and PRESTO! I was in!An amazing app which should be quite handy when necessary! Great Applicaton! I dove right in and this application was easy to set-up. Within two minutes I was connected to my computer and using my iPhone as a replacement for the MBP's trackpad. Support for multi-gestures would be nice, maybe in an update. Overall, a good base. The program is solid and works well when you're zooming in and out.Please don't rate a program down because you don't like the pricing. This is Touchpad Pro! The ONLY reason that I jailbroke my iPhone was for Touchpad Pro. Now the same developers came out and topped themselves. A few points that I would like to make:1. The ability to use my iPhone as a remote was the reason that I bought this. Having Front Row is cool on a PB G4, but to be able to use it in a home theater out of sight of the IR sensor is great. Beat that Apple Remote. 2. The scripts one page past the remote function is fantastic; I love quitting an app quicker on a bus ride than if I were sitting at my computer.3. The GUI is efficient and well programmed.4. The programming for controlling the mouse is one thing that blew me away. So simple, and yet, that is exactly how you would want it to be on an iPhone/iPod Touch. Those who know what I am talking about know. However, I was only able to give them four stars for two reasons:1. SSH, please fix this. One SW update, though I know not simple, can solve this problem.2. Establishing connections outside of your network is troublesome. Outstanding Wow. This one is a winner. I used other VNC options and had settled for what I thought VNC on an iPhone could be, but I was wrong. Teleport is absolutely awesome! It is fast, intuitive and easy to use. Very glad I took a chance with this one and don't regret the amount spent for one minute. I will use this app frequently to connect to my Macs. Looking forward to some minor improvements... I used both VNC and VNC light and this one is way easier to control with and has a much better interface.
It could use a transparent bar behind the control buttons and the arrow buttons completely block the screen, so maybe they could be smaller or transparent too. VNC has a larger viewing area, otherwise this one is superior. I'd like to see a full set of features listed. The mouse navigation is very easy to use and it seems to even support two finger scrolling. One of the best iPhone apps yet Not only is this an elegant and well-written app, but it works surprisingly well on the iPhone. To make it an even bigger success, the support is second to none; when I had my screen resolution set to millions and Teleport set to thousands, I couldn't see some of my servers; not only did their tech support help me to find the issue, but they are adding new features that will autmatically resolve this problem when settings don't match properly. excellent well i tried the vnc mocha and to hard to get around . so i just bit the bullet and it paid off . this is the kinda program was looking for . i can get to every file fairly quickly. and is quite smooth. worth the money to get a polished app. all you need is to download tight vnc on your computer and set it up with a password. bada bing bada boom your there browsen away. me likes . - iTeleport: Jaadu VNC for iPhone / iPad review by foye
Great app, even better for mac users This app kicks you no what! I first purchased mocha vnc and it was all but unusable, even over wi fi. Teleport screams over Wi Fi. I immediately got use to the control scheme and totally see the reasoning and logic behind it.For example, when using mocha, i found myself inadvertently touching and activating things and opening windows i did not intend to activate or open. Because in mocha your finger is the pointer. Now, this may be find for general iphone use, but for the pinpoint accuracy needed to maneuver and control an entire desktop, you need the accuracy of a mouse pointer. The people of Jugaari with Teleport have done a brilliant job of achieving this. As your finger moves freely over your iphone screen the mouse pointer moves smoothly and if you desire independently in the direction your finger is moving. Also, because your big finger is not the mouse pointer itself, only objects under the black mouse pointer are affected by taping with your finger.Secondly, Teleport supports higher screen resolution then mocha, and if your on a mac there is command, alt or option and control buttons as well. In addition, the option to turn down the screen color from millions, thousands and hundreds really improves the response. Mocha allowed me to experience; however vaguely the idea of controlling my desktop with the iphone, Teleport took it to a whole other level.Now, with that said, my only real complaint with this great app is that although it flies over Wi Fi and seems to move pretty fast on 3g network; Teleport often don't want to update the screen even with all 3G bars full.
