KNOWN ISSUE: if you upgraded from 1.0 to 1.1 then viewing the leaderboard might cause a crash. Simple to fix: remove the app from your device and re-install it and it will work fine. 2009 OOSOCIAL Ltd and R&A

Best App to Follow UK Open   Seriously, iPhone is a must have for everyone who enjoys golf. I have followed Masters, US open, and now British open. And I am playing with Viewti golf as a rangefinder on the course.

Boooo!   I only gave it 2 stars since you can customize the leader board list. Otherwise this app is not very deep. Why did the US Open app have live audio and video, which all worked great, but since the The Open and Wimbledon apps only shows scores (and twits this time, oh boy). I know video might be restricted by market, but free streaming audio is available on line - why not drop this on the IPhone as well?!

Mandatory microphone???   Horrible and senseless that it doesn't work with first gen iTouch. No reason for a mandatory microphone. Masters and US Open apps didn't have this issue. Fix before the tourney.

Crashes on Players page   I got this app because I liked the Masters and US Open apps and had no issues with them. However this app continually crashes at the same spot every time! On the players page I start scrolling down the list and as soon as it gets to Lucas Glover it freezes and crashes. I have been unable to view any players past Lucas Glover's name! Please fix!!

OK....but....   Crashes on players page as noted by others. No audio on hole fly-bys although there is a vol. slider? Should be useful during the tournament but appears to lag behind the Masters and US Open apps.

Crashes even after update   Had high hopes for this application as the Open Championship is my favorite and the Masters/US Open apps were so elegant. This one unfortunately crashes when you attempt to scroll past Lucas Glover in the players section. Seems trivial but it is rather annoying. I hope they resolve, it has great potential.

[Revised] Doesn't work w/first generation iTouch   Perhaps Europe didn't get the 1st gen iTouch? There's not that much a difference between the 1st and 2nd gen - speakers, Nike+? The video streaming and live scoreboards for the US Open and Masters app worked perfectly on my 1st gen. I think I'll just watch baseball and the Tour de France instead. The updated version loads on my iTouch now and all the features work so I revised my rating from 1 to 3 stars. The twitter page is an excellent addition, something the previous major apps didn't have as well as the countdown clock. The bios also contain a tad more than some perfunctory stats. There is still the occasional crash though, which requires a restart.Back to 1 star. After installing, all the other apps cannot start.

Major disappointment   This is a big let down after the Masters and US Open apps. Custom leaderboard doesn't work most of the time, tee times won't display, no live video. This is not even worth downloading. Thumbs down!!

Disappointing   Crashed and froze iPod. I had to reset. Any app that causes this is not worth having. Also course video is poor quality and scores lag real time quite a bit.

Works well   Easy to use and loads fairly fast. I don't think it is as good as the US Open ap but still sufficient to stay informed.

Terrible App   This app is pointless. I can get a leaderboard on any other standard sports apps. I want live video or audio like the masters and the us open had. It would be great for when TV won't cover it early in the morning. Major Dissapointment!!!

Continuously crashes & no live video   This app crashes continuously. The U.S. Open app was much more stable and provided live video. I understand the live video may be not be available because it would be broadcast across countries. Still, this app is disapointing and I can't even access the leaderboard without the app crashing.

Bad and getting worse!   The app crashes when you try to set up your customized leader board. Please fix ASAP. If it remains an issue, it will be a disappointment for the tournament.EDIT: My first rating was on day one, now I wake up on day two to check the leaderboard (even without any customization) and the app crashes. If I can't even check the leaderboard without any bells or whistles, this app is total and complete worthless junk. I'm terribly, terribly disappointed and frankly this is unacceptable! Boo!
