liked it I found this helpful with the subcategories of different systems. I think its more for people who've taken spanish in the past and useful for review of pertinet questions. You don't need audio if you already know how to pronounce the words as a previous post suggested.

Nice app This app is for people who already know something about Spanish pronunciation, as there is no audio. I would like to see some periopetative directions, help with anesthesia induction, that type of thing. Maybe in future updates.

Nice app I find this app pretty useful on a daily basis in the emergency room, and it is helpful. So far, my only problem is the fact that there are not more entries pertaining to pregnancy. For example, what is your due date? Or how far along are you? Or how many pregnancies have you had? I'd like to see an update with more pregnancy related ?'s as well as a bookmark or favorites feature. If those were added, I'd consider this a five star app.
EDIT: they quickly added an OBGYN section along with a bunch of other additions, and a huge searchable glossary. Definitely a 5 star app now!

Two thumbs up from an MSIII Now that I've used this daily for the past 3 weeks, I can say with confidence that:1. The search feature is amazing - it's proven to be really helpful when I need to look up a word my patient's telling me that I don't know.2. The organization by systems works really well for me bc on IM, we cover all the systems rather than by specialties. The quick buttons really help with smooth transitioning from the different periods of the visit.3. I really the conversational piece to this; it helps make my visits fun!4. In a future update, I'd like to suggest adding a bookmark section so I can customize my convos, if possible?Oh, just fyi - next to Epocrates, this is the app of choice among all the residents and students w/ iPhones at my hospital right outside of NYC. Thanks!
Re update: the updates are awesome and are really helpful when quickly forming a thorough differential or doing a physical while using useful and easy phrases to comfort the patient - couldn't be more useful!

Crucial App I have some basic Spanish language skills, but it can still be hard to speak with patients about some specific things. This application helps me supplement and fill gaps in my knowledge of Medical terms in Spanish. This app is crucial if you work with hispanic patients.
