Great app, needs a few things, hoping they are in the upgraded full version I decided to try the Lite version before forking out $10 for the real deal, knowing that Lite does mean lite, but hoping that, like many reviewers of the upgraded version, I would find this introduction app to be a perfect fit for my multitasking needs encouraging me to go for the upgrade. So far, not disappointed. I did have a bit of a problem getting the Appigo program on my computer to recognize my iPhone, but that could have been user/Airport error. To overcome this, I just watched the Appigo screencast and also googled the subject, there was plenty of info to help me through. Once it was configured, my iCal Tasks were synced to my iPhone. This was a tiny bit disappointing because I thought it synced my entire iCal, meaning my daily entries/appointments, directly into the calendar, Lite only does iCal Tasks, I am hoping that the upgraded version integrates the daily entries/appointments, but, even if it doesn't, the app is far superior to other GTD apps I have tried. Couple of things for the developers: Projects is very important to me, love the sub catagories. In the Lite edition when you create a Project and then add a sub-catagory, if you don't immediately designate a "Type" you can not go in later to edit or assign it a "Type." You have to re-enter/add the subcatagory into the Project with the "Type" and then erase the old one, which is timely and repetitive. Also, it would be great if you could have a project within a project. Another thing that would be tremendously helpful would be an alarm option in all catagories and sub-catagories. Hopefully the real deal version has these options, and if not, I hope the developers add them in the future. If you are looking to organize yourself, this app will certainly help. Please realize that organization doesn't just happen with the wave of a magic wand (or in this instance, the press of a finger), the app is only as useful as the person who is commanding it. With all things in life, you must read the directions (watch the screencasts), experiment with it, and allow time for user trial and error. Patience is a virtue, with this app, it pays off.

Best iPhone tasl manager so far. After trying several other iPhone task managers, I settled on this one to substitute the task list I had on my old Treo. This app requires less effort to enter a task than the others I tried.

Notepad works fine for me This app is very stable and it works great!! The only thing is that the notepad that came with my phone works just as well. So why have two icons that do just about the same thing?

Better Than the Rest I have tried a few To Do apps now, mostly free. I recently purchased the $4 Toodledo app, after spending a couple of weeks using this app. I must say, Toodledo is a better reflection of the eponymous web based to do list, but I found that the Todo style of organization is far simpler and far superior. My choice for purchasing the Toodledo app was 50% price and 50% curiosity. Had I used a free, trial version of Toodledo, I would have opted for the $10 full version of Todo. Don't let the price scare you. It is a highly polished, supremely functional to do app. My only serious gripe is that Todo doesn't sync perfectly with Toodledo's web based to do lists. The prioritizing functions operate a little differently so some of the things that were in my Todo list on my iPhone didn't show on the main page in at Toodledo.com. Also, I had problems syncing Todo v2.0 with iCal. And by problems, I mean that it didn't work. I expect that Appigo will fix this, but it won't matter because iCal lacks any serious organizing capability such as contexts. If Appigo developed a complementary desktop application that synced perfectly and automatically with the iPhone app, I could give this app 5 stars. Syncing is definitely where Toodledo's iPhone app has the upper hand. The price for Todo is a little steep, but you get what you pay for.

Worst app ever Definetly worst app ever. Biggest ripoff. It only allows u to add like five todo items before it ask you to upgrade and won't let u use it afterwards. It should be more like trial version. Biggest waste of time.

Not enough... I was very disappointed with this Application. Seriously...who has only 7 tasks to do? I was upset when I was inputing all of my information, only to have it stop me after 7 tasks and tell me to upgrade to the other version for $9.99. No thanks! You should let people know ahead of time that the "Lite" limits your options, this way no one will waste their time downloading it.

Great app, steep price I've been looking for something similiar to the to-do list that was on my Palm, and I'm pretty sure I finally found it. Problem is is that it's way too expensive for what it is. And I'm not being a cheapskate, there's lots of other various apps out there that have way more bells and whistles for a much lower price (unfortunately none of them are to-do apps). If they drop the price by half and release the promised Outlook sync support it's an easy buy for me.

this app will expire after 7 tasks! Otherwise a great marketing tool to introduce users to the full version at $9.90. Good but not good enough Waiting for full usage of the location feature via GPS and or Towers as well (example: if I am at home it would automatically know that I am at home and would show at home tasks in the Focus). Good Trial of Full App [In Short]Overall: This app gives a good idea of the full $10 app with all the same features but limited to 7 tasks. I like this App a lot but there are a few things I would like to see before I buy the full version. As the App stand I don’t believe its worth the $10 price tag.[In Length]Pros:1.)Easy to use. Its not hard to add tasks. Touch the "+" and type in the title, select a date, and add any other info you want and your done. To mark a task done just touch the circle next to the task and it checks it off and moves it to the done section. 2.)Alerts. There is a small number in the corner of the icon to enter the app that shows the numbers of incomplete tasks for the day.3.)Level of complexity. This app allows you to be as complex or simple as you like. You can stick with a basic task and due date or you can organize everything with different lists and tags. There are also more complex option like due time, repeat, priority, lists, contexts, tags, added noted, strikeouts, and filters.4.)Focus list. You can put together a focus lists of only items that are above a selected priority so you can quickly see what is important and not have to look through all of your tasks and events.What I would like to see added/changed:1.)Subtasks. I would like to have the option to add subtasks to a major task. An example would be shopping lists. Click on the title of the task and a drop down list appears. This way you can check off each item you needed to buy. Also when all the subtasks are checked off the main task checks itself off, but if you accidentally check off the main task it doesn’t check off all the subtasks.2.)Custom ability. I like the feature of customizing your "strikeout" but I would like to see more custom ability. An example would be like changing font color or backgrounds. Possibly being able to make all tasks with the same priority level the same. For example all high priority task could be changed to a red stencil font so they stand out.3.)Price. The full app is $10 and even with this changes I still would probably not pay that much for it. Is you think about it this simple app is being priced more the some games for the iPhone which are much more complex then this.
