Whoa slow down guys   1. I so wanted to love version 1. but the interface got in the way I ended up stopping using it. V2 nails it very well. It not be perfect but it's darned good.
There is a free 45 day trial of the Pro version. I just realized I had the pro version today after I updated to 2.0 yesterday.
I just didn't quite "get" this app before I'm beginning to like it more and more.
2. To the poster who was worried they would pull the free version after everyone was hooked after trying the pro, this isn't going to happen according to the website and they also say any data you saved in the pro version like location saved todo's will could over back to your free account.
3. To posters who say it crashes for them. I know myself how you look forward to an update so you can play some more with it, hell, I'm a geek too. You download it after reading good reviews and it keeps crashing.
Have you tried a hard reset? This especialy seems affect apps downloaded from the phone directly rather than iTunes on you Mac/PC.
But please don't start throwing ratings of 1 star around.
By the same token, if the Reqall staff were more responsive. How about a Reqall user powered forum where we could help each other out?

Awful Privacy Policy   "The personal information we collect about you and others through these sources may include, without limitation: * Names, addresses and telephone numbers. * Email addresses, fax numbers and pager numbers. * Credit/debit card number(s), including associated billing address(es) and expiration date(s). There is no way in hell I'm reinstalling this POS app that collects your identity.

absolutely the best app!!!   I'm very old school have a lot of thoughts on the road. I have my little "Markings" to write in, however, REQALL is as good, if not better than writing it down. It's very COMPLIMENTARY to writing a note; in fact, it's supportive. As for comments regarding "privacy issues," here's a simple solution: BE DISCRETE or "code your notes!" I also find the "word recognition" gets better as you "work with it" (no different than the "pain" dragonspeak has put its users through). I love the email it sends to me later, because it "reminds me of issues that were dealt with earlier in the day. Also, having the "soundbyte" helps even further.Just the aforementioned concept, in and of itself, is worth at least $20. However, it's free. Some of the best things in life are free. This is one of them.

Excellent   This app works wonderfully. Let's you add reminders by voice in the app (not 800 number like somebody else said). Voice recognition for me is spot on. It integrates with the online dashboard quite well. You can customize every alert and choose to turn off reminder texts. You can choose emails instead.
There's no harm in trying a free app, especially one that helps out organize your life.

Best capture tool   I've tried most of the GTD Mac and PC tools out there and many are very good. What I like about reQall is that I can capture everything on the iPhone or on Firefox, regardless of OS or location. It has dates, reminders, links, notes and URLs. When reQall can create project lists, or tags, or contexts - something to break down the megalist into useful chunks - it will be nearly perfect.

Buyer beware   Do not buy if you like your info kept private. In the agreement you agree too they can dell your call log and the notes they take for you. - reQall review by Astrapous
Really handy!   Downloaded this app thinking it was a simple to-do / shopping list / voice note. How wrong was I. The one thing that makes it stand out from the rest is its "Add by voice" feature. You can speak and record a message (up to 30) seconds and the program will upload it and do some voice recognition voodoo and send it back to your todo list in text form. It'll also pick up dates and times and tag your note with them.REALLY handy when you need to keep a todo list but can't be bothered to actually write it down :P - reQall review by M. Jacobs
Nice start   Interesting concept. So, I hit add by voice. Did a simple test, spoke "Today at 2:30 am remind me to....." After translating it for a couple minutes the text was correct and it showed todays date and 2:30 AM for the due time that it picked up from my note. Simple as can be.Saying things like "Note" in the begining of the voice message will put it in notes instead of to-do. Other things like shopping will put it in a shopping to do list. Don't think you can customize that. And horribly, the iPhone app doesn't offer delete or edit, even to change the due date, you have to log onto the website instead. Though, if you check the item as complete, and hit the refresh icon arrow on the top right, it will hide it from the iPhone right away. Also, I don't see a way to play back the audio from the iPhone, only text, while on the website you can replay the audio. I also don't see a search function like online either.Ah, my test just finished. That 2:30 due time was cutting it close, giving it a 6 minute turnaround before due. I set the reminder for e-mail to 1 minute prior to due time. It just arrived now, saying it was due 2 minutes ago. It includes the text and a .wav audio file. Though, when it comes to more timely reminders, message by e-mail could come to late, depending on your push settings. To combat that, you also have SMS text reminders and IM as options. But I don't have a text plan and IM AOL App isn't running all the time.Has potential, and nice for a free application. If you are looking for a more well rounded to-do app, something like Things and OmniFocus will work better for more control, organization, and complexity. While ReQall, it's to jog your memory when the time is right with the least amount of effort to type it in or set due times. - reQall review by B. Harris
Setup account   I opt out as soon as you need an account where they store your info. Big brother anyone. I want my ToDos/Lists only on my phone that's all. - reQall review by Arsen32
Great App with one big flaw   This is a great app. i don't care too much for transcription but it does an okay job. I is great as an all in one organizer for notes, todos and shopping lists. The only thing I hate about the iPhone app is that you can add a note but you can't delete it. You have to go the website to delete something. Big oversight. Other than this it is a wonderful app. I hope they fix the non-delete issue soon. - reQall review by FearCake
Good idea, a few big flaws though   The memory jog is handy & transcription is decent (not perfect & averages 15 min turnaround). Once the bugs below are fixed, I can see this becoming very usable.
A couple issues, though--once entered, you can't edit a note. There also is no place to enter a due date. Given that this is a big feature for the To Do's, thus is a glaring omission. Finally, the categories are preset, not customizable (pet peeve, not a bug).
The rating is somewhat based on potential. I've reported this to support, so we'll see how it goes. - reQall review by Sungddes
Slow   Been an hour so far and none of my transcriptions have come back - reQall review by M.Enright
FINALY!   A usefull app that helps you set up appointments, that isnt a basic redo of notepad. AND its FREE!! So instead of charging 5 bucks for the samee thing with less features, I can pay NOTHING and get a BETTER product! If your looking for an organizer on your iPhone/iTouch, GET THIS!! - reQall review by Th3One&Only
Needs work   This app has a lot going for it, but the interface, while pretty is filled with a lot of superfluous junk. For starters in order to even scroll through your list of items, you have to tap a button which brings up a list of the same items with a completely differnt look and feel. Why not just make it so you can scroll on the main screen and eliminate the redundant screen? Also the UI on most of the screens besides the main one need some work. They aren't horrible, but poor icons, crowded controls, and nonstandard UI elements can all be found (and they shouldn't be!). In addition, we need more options for syncing than manually, 15min, and 60min. How about some options between 1 and 10 minutes? This is not to say the app isn't good, or you shouldn't try it. In fact I really like reQall, and that's the reason I'm harping on it so badly. Here's to hoping they continue working on making reQall a great app. Most importantly though, the voice transcription is superb for me. Much better than Jott, which made serious errors every few messages; reQall managed less than a single error every twenty sentences or so. - reQall review by Tivums
Great!   Works so much better than the Jott program. Thanks QTech! - reQall review by RBasil
Okay, I don't get it...   First it says there are localizations included but after downloading it to my iPhone it's only English -- even though I'm using a German iPhone...!? Then it wants you to register for their online service -- but when I try there are three options: USA + Canada, UK, all other countries, so I choose 'other countries' since I am in Germany. Just to find out that it only lets yo select the follwing countires there: USA, Canada, UK -- and India and HongKong...?!? What's the deal with that...?!? The app may be free but it's kinda useless to most people outside the USA... - reQall review by mangaphreak
Works even better than Jott   I tried this app to find a sub for Jott and I am really impressed with this service.
Some of the features which are better compared to Jott.
1. Free
2. You can record directly into different lists.
3. You can record from any phone.
4. Notes jogger. Can be used as a flash card.
5. Intelligently parses the date and time from your voice notes and integrates with your calendar and reminds you of upcoming events. This is a really useful feature.

Looks great but...   With no edit capabilities in the native app, you're better off using their web version of reQall, which can be slow as dirt if you don't have good data speeds where you are.
That's a shame... It has such great potential.
If they add all the edit functions that are available on the web app, I'd pay for it... reQall Pro for iPhone maybe? - reQall review by MaxDrago
Too slow   I have been looking for a good ToDo App online ever since I got my iPhone and was hoping to find a good one in the App Store. However, I still can't find one that does what I want.
ReQall has potential but it is way too slow and there is too much there. I don't need a calendar, there is already a built in one. Anytime I tried a voice command it wouldn't upload to my device for about 10 minutes. However, it did get everything correct.
I just want a todo list that allows me to prioritize (A, B, C) and number (1, 2, 3). Under a task I want to be able to create a list. Give me that all native on the iPhone and I will love it. - reQall review by anypats
