iProcrastinate Mobile, in a nutshell, is task management for the rest of us. No complicated details required, no fancy, bloated features you'll never use. iProcrastinate Mobile is simple enough for any user to pick up and understand within seconds, but flexible enough to handle even the most daunting schedule.
Use Smart Groups to manage a group of tasks due this week, or only from a few selected subjects.
Color-code your items to find what you're looking for, instantly.
Set the priority and due date of a task, break it down into smaller steps (for those more tedious projects) and even add team members for collaborative efforts.
But don't let that scare you! iProcrastinate Mobile has some great features, but it's simple enough for grocery lists, things to do around the house, and anything else you need help managing. Give it a try, I hope you enjoy it!
Wireless synchronization between the desktop and mobile versions should be ready by the end of the summer!
I'm always open to suggestions and comments, whether they're issues or new feature ideas. Updates will include whatever else you guys come up with!

Brilliant. Indispensable. I Can Finally Stop Looking   In the past week I have tried every free To Do app. All had their merits, but this one is the Total Package I was looking for. It is simple, intuitive, and works the way YOU want it to, rather than how a developer thinks you should. The Smart Groups may be initially confusing, but what they do is filter tasks by due date. If you want to see all task due Today (and/or next week, next month, etc.), without looking through all the tasks in each of your Subject groups, create a Smart Group for it and you are done. You can move tasks from one category to another, and email them. The main screen looks nice, and you have a room for a on-line summary of each Subject Group. For each individual task you can delegate team members from your Contacts App. For each task you can also add individual “Steps” needed to accomplish it. This is a well-conceived application that has immediately become my most-used. I look forward to any updates. My only suggestions right now would be: 1.) Make the Note field larger on the task detail screen, or at least on Edit Note screen (where there is plenty of space). Also move the “Clear Note” button father away from the Edit Note field. It is too easy to tap it by accident, and erase your notes. 2. Provide Plain-Text/HTML explanation of each feature (was not able to view the tutorial on developer’s web site). There are two functions I have no explanation for are: 1.) Link Task/Step Progress and 2.) Auto-Edit New Items.iProcrasinate + Iconic Notes + the built-in iPod/iPhone Calendar are all I need to be very productive.

Very Good App: Some Suggestions   This app is certainly one of the best available on iTunes store, which - when put together with being free - makes it easily the best price:quality ratio. I would give it a 5-star rating, but I am having some problems with the application crashing randomly. Some thoughts on improvements for the next release, in order of importance: 1. When looking at an overview of all tasks, it should be possible to visualize the steps associated with a task (perhaps as an indented list coming after the task in an "expanded" view). 2. The steps associated with a task should have the option of being given a due date 3. It would be great if this app would interface with iCalendar so that due dates can be seen side-by-side with social functions/meetings/etc. If that is not plausible, then a calendar feature that at least shows all of the due dates that are in my various projects would be useful for visualizing everything that needs to occur. 4. Tasks and steps should both have the option of being dependent on other tasks or steps (so task B is due 3 days after task A is completed - where maybe A has a variable due date), then task B will not appear on my "to do" list until task A has been completed. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by Dreamigine
Fantastic, and free!   I never figured I needed a task manager, but when I noticed this one was free I decided to try it out. It works really well and has a bunch of great features that you wouldn't think of, but greatly appreciate once you use them. This app is really great for a free app, but don't think that makes it low quality. This app could easily go for $5 and still be worth it. Good work devs! - iProcrastinate Mobile review by ArabburnvictiM
Best Thing a College Student could ask for   Once this thing is able to sync with the desktop version, no other app will touch this in terms of user friendliness and ability. Especially useful for students keeping track of assignments. Hands down one of (if not the best) task/homework managers the App Store has to offer. And did I mention the desktop version is FREE as well?? Go figure... - iProcrastinate Mobile review by AKhockey17
Borderline Perfection   While not having a desktop client is a drawback, this is a fantastic app! It does everything a to-do list should: countdown until deadlines, sort by priority and deadline, color coding... etc.Major kudos for doing such a great job... free! If you follow this up with some desktop client support, I'll donate. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by vurtag
Great Application for Students   I have been looking for a good to-do list or task manager to complement the Calendar app that comes standard so I could keep track of homework assignments in high school. I found many of the other to-do list programs to be too simplistic and the other GTD apps to be too complicated and expensive. This application hits the nail on the head. With this app, it was very easy to set up a Subject for each of my classes and then two Smart Groups that bundle together all the tasks from all the subjects based on when they are due (I did 1 week and 1 Month)The only suggestion I can make (and this would be like icing on the cake) is that it would be really neat if there was the option so that instead of allowing color-coding of the tasks (which I don't find too useful), if the color could be automatically adjusted based on how soon it is due (maybe red when it is due and maybe green or blue when its far off).Otherwise, this app is really solid and will certainly make me more organized come school! - iProcrastinate Mobile review by Kevin Sutherland
Putting Pay Apps to Shame   It amazes me when little programs like this come along that you feel could make money, but are free instead. I've been waiting for a program like this. I love that you can set sub goals for one ultimate goal. This comes in handy for tests and exam/certifactions. I've already created a few goals for myself. I wonder why they call ilt iProcrastinate though... If it were truly a procrastinating app it would come with Cubes. :)Great program with loads of potential. Could use a bit of polish in the presentation though, which is why I'm not giving it the perfect five star rating. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by ronavis
Are we all getting the same product?   I tried this based on the reviews posted here, and I have to say that I agree with an earlier reviewer that most reviews given are suspect. Many of the same phrases are used, over and over, and many reviews are the length. The interface is not intuitive and there is no actual place to include a real due date on a task! You only get the option when making the smart groups, which are not very smart since ALL tasks in a subject have to be included and thus all have the same due "range". I honestly do not see what others love so much about this product, and I've used many databases and task managing programs. I am glad that it was free, but unless there are a lot of features that I'm finding, it's pretty useless as a task management program. At the very least there needs to be better documentation or a link to a webpage for a tutorial. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by crow30
Intuitive, Powerful and Versatile   After a quick learning curve, this is proving to be one of my most used apps. You can assign colors using a RGB slider, add custom status steps, and add 'team members' right out of your contacts list. This app will be as simple or customized as you need it to be. Totally free but you can send donations if you want. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by CelTiger
Great job   This is the todo app I was looking for. Can't wait until it syncs. Thanks for all your hard work. Hard to believe this is so much better than $$$ apps. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by Nice but crashes
Amazing   Great task manager program. Don't give the 5 stars because it is missing reminders. Hey, not complaining though . It's free. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by Katanablade
Great app!   Very easy to use, keeps me organize, can't wait to use if for school! thanks! - iProcrastinate Mobile review by techlover828
What a godsend!   The linking is all well and good (and would be great if everybody owned an iPhone). The REAL beauty of this program is the smart group feature. I can set up a week, month, day, semester in advance so I can plan my time in any window I see fit. The steps for each task can be delineated in any depth needed and the interface is simple to use yet robust. First day it came out and it's already a must own for students and business consumers alike. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by DerickValadao
SUPERB!   This is such a great app because, unlike other to do list apps, this organizes things by subjects making it really great to use for school. Thank you Craig Otis. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by Noah Roberts
Great app!   I'm not a complicated person per se, but I do like some level of detail when it comes to to-do managers. This one is perfect for me. My only gripe? That initial caps are turned on for most text blanks. It's fine on naming top level categories, but on everything else I'd prefer it off or an option to turn it off. Also, iPhone/Mac syncing would be cool, but for now, I'm a happy customer at the price of free! I may just head to the app right now and make a donation. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by ben.kreeger
Great Job   Just wanted to say great job on this app. It's clear you put a lot of thought and time into it. Nice interface and the ability to customize the colors and assign them is very nice. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by Bear_Hunter
Good, but...   Id love to see some sort of syncing. And the ability to make the note longer. I tried fitting in my classrooms and time of classes, and I wanted the note to expand. Maybe we can see something like that in the near future? Other than that, great app! - iProcrastinate Mobile review by exs
Awesome.   This app makes me wish I was in school. School starts in a few weeks and this app is going to be a tree saver. Instead of trying to orgainze my assignments on paper and losing everything, I'll be using this. I would diffently pay for this app. Thanks. Very useful. - iProcrastinate Mobile review by Protean.Doppelganger
