Good. Update could make it great. Living in Amsterdam and travelling around a lot. Gets a little hot when mounted in the car, but not unreasonably so.
With radar updates, could be amazing. It's great that I don't need data connection to make it work. Doesn't seem to be 100% precise like my TomTom, but is WAY more convenient.
Happy with the purchase.

Great app, easily comparable to TomTom I bought this app just two days ago. Tried it and it works like a charm. Drove around Amsterdam and Den Haag with very detailed instructions. I used to use Tom Tom for over 4 years but this is even better. I strongly recommend it to anyone who is considering it. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because they dropped the price from USD 139 to USD 99 just 48 hrs after I bought it. Otherwise, really great app.

Great App It works surprisingly well on my iphone 3GS. It is accurate and fast.
I just miss the integration of TMC services.
Anyways it is a must have app. Hopefully they will make use of the compass feature in future updates.

Navigon Europe Waste of money unless you turn on roaming cell phone service while vacationing in Europe, ie, software needs cell tower otherwise it takes a very very long time for the GPS to lock onto satelites. And you pay alot for Roaming.
Not reasonable to wait and drain. This is a "Toy" not serious tool, and without refund option, too much money to risk.

Quality app Don't write many reviews, but this one is worth it. Pros: Acquires position quickly, anticipates the turns, outstanding map coverage (in Greece of all places). Cons: Interface is a little stiff, seems to burn serious battery time. Worth the money - I use this app more than I use my dedicated GPS unit.

Awesome in Italy (beware of windshield coatings though!) I purchased MobileNavigator Europe for a two week vacation in the Chianti region of Italy. I did tons of driving (including a trip to Venice) and was very impressed with how the Navigon performed - epsecially since I had no idea where I was going most of the time! I couldn't have been happier with how Navigon performed abroad - worth every penny.One important thing to note is that I had a different car each week which had a dramatic effect on GPS performance. My first car had a UV coated windshield which wreaked havok on my GPS signal. I could not obtain or maintain a reliable signal until I figured out what was going on and relocated my iPhone to the very top of the windshield where there was a small strip of uncoated glass. After relocating, the iPhone got good (but not great) GPS reception. My second car did not have a coated windshield and I had a rock solid GPS signal 99.9% of the time. I was surprised at the dramatic negative effect a windshield coating could have on GPS reception. If you have poor GPS reception in your car, this may be the culprit.

Respect to the Navigon developers... This turn-by-turn navigation aplication is just great. In previous years I have had an access to use many navigation tools and software.Before I decided to buy MobileNavigator Europe, I have checked all present and future iPhone applications for turn-by-turn navigation. I read a lots of reviews and in all of them looks like all of them are poor. That is not true. I am sure all works great.Each application may have different interface, but most of them use same maps and because all of us are different, we can like or dislike different things.And ok, back to Navigon application.First of all, it is very simple and user friendly. Everyone will setup all features in less then 5 minutes. Maps so far are very good. All speed limits are very precision. Many useful features such as: lane assistant (it helps to find out what lane keep before the next manouver) or adjustable speed warning. POI database hope will be updated soon in all european contries, but still 5 stars from me.Keep it up good work!!!

Eastern Europe (Poland) coverage 99% ? In your dreams !!! Before buying I've check developer site for map coverage. They say that's 99% for most countries in Eastern / Central Europe. After few days of checking it in Poland must say (and worn others) that it's a myth. Even in Warsaw (capital streets numbs are not available. When you plan to travel to Europe rather buy app from competitors (Sygic) or future Tom Tom which are using TeleAtlas content. Stupid me bought it, and still using PDA with TomTom which at least can take me whenever I'd like to.

A Good Start ✔ It’s nice that you can actually listen to music while using MobileNavigator...But they got to fix the overlapping voice instructions! So basically when MobileNavigator gives a voice instruction, the music should pause until MobileNavigator voice stops. Update - I did have some problems with the GPS signal disappearing at times.

Don't buy if you want Bulgaria map This application doesn' have enough coverage for Bulgaria and yet this country is in the list of supported country maps. Now for 130$ I would expect at least the streets to be there. For Plovdiv - the second biggest city in the country this application shows only couple of the main streets! Even for Sofia - the country capital city there are missing streets and streets numbers. I dont't recomend this application if you are looking for Bulgaria map and from what I read after that the same is for all easter european countries. Again for 130$ you expect not only this application to have the full maps but to guide you - if you don't have the maps what guidane you are going to provide?

MobileNavigator Europe iPhone 3G Downloaded and it took about 2.5 hours due to my German t-online DSL which is the 1000 in my area then it install with no problems and the UI picked up an instance connection and no problem with GPS disconnecting. Test it today in my car and it did not disconnect at all. I compared it along side my 7310 Navigon unit and their were no difference except the road signs information was better on the iphone and my desination address was right on target. This App is definitely the best and well worth the price. Waiting on update for Traffic information and warn against Red light cameras.

Great start... but needs improvement. NAVIGON PLEASE READ! I bought this application as a replacement for my Sat Nav/GPS that was stolen out of my car. Although the application works well, there are several quirks that I would like to see revised/implemented/fixed in future versions of this software. To the newbie to Sat Nav/GPS the application may seem sufficient, but to me it just seems to be lacking major features a 'professional' software should include.1) I would like to be able to add coordinates as a destination, and to be able to add them in multiple different formats.2) I would like the option of changing/installing new voices.3) I would like to be able to change the vehicle icon.4) I would like to have a preference to change when directions are given... like a slider bar for sooner/later. For me, the directions seem to be announced slightly too late to be able to prepare for turns. I find myself slamming on my breaks or swerving to make turns.5) When listening to music, I would like to be able to choose a playlist and shuffle the playlist. The interface is not that intuitive and it seems as though you can only add songs to be played.6) I would like the option to search for complete and full postal codes instead of the first four digits.7) I would like to be able to interact with points of interest on the map and choose them as waypoints or destinations.8) If you don't restart your iPhone prior to using this application, sometimes the application glitches out and gets choppy.9) I would like to see an official Navigon window mount with features that are comparable to the one that Tom Tom has announced.10) I would like to be able to update safety cameras over WiFi or my 3G connection.11) I would like to be able to add my own points of interest and have them organized by folders I create.12) I would like a smarter interface for pulling contact's addresses. It seems as though if there is not a space in the post code for their address, then it cannot navigate to the address.13) I would like to be able to tap on the arrow that represents my current location and have it show my current coordinates and the option to save the current location. It's annoying to have to go into the options to get this information and option.14) I would like to have the option for traffic data and for the software to utilize that information when planning your trip.15) I would like the software to let you know audibly when you have deviated from your route and that it has recalculated it for you. I like to know when I have made a mistake!16) I would like to have a downloadable PDF user manual for the software.17) Most importantly, I would like to be able to send the Navigon corporation feature requests via their website.

Awful Wants you to turn left on German roundabouts. That will get you killed.
Voice is so slow that it tells you to turn after a turn (on a 3gs).
Route planner is simply awful. I had to turn on international data roaming and use google to get me out of little villages in Germany.
Complains that the GPS signal isn't strong enough to navigate frequently when a Google map and Compass both work.
A very unhappy customer.

Top App with some drawbacks Overall this Application is worth purchasing - easy to use and reliable - I was able to test it in Germany and even while driving to the countryside it showed me all the tiny streets in little villages. But why only 3 stars? Well the App is huge (1.67 GB) and when you try to install it while having enough free space on your phone (2GB) it tells you that it can't be installed because there is not enough space. Very ironic.I had to delete other stuff till I had over 5GB free space. Only then I was able to install it. When the MobileNavigator is installed you can fill up the rest of your space with no problems. If you have an 8GB iPhone it can be really annoying to install the App or to reinstall it while having other stuff on it.
