INTUITIVE, GORGEOUS UI Upon launch, use the large keypad to tap in the price of your meal. Swipe the slider to set the percentage. The App remembers your preference. Split the bill evenly among friends using the second slider. The tips get split too. Adapts to your currency and to these languages: English, Spanish (more coming soon). Use the "Mirror" mode to confirm that every food charge in your credit card bill has mirrored digits (like $37.73). The numbers in the amount won’t reflect each other if someone tried to skim a bit off the top.

Impressive - I must say at first I was weary about this application. I thought to myself "I'm not an idiot, I can figure out the percentage of the tip". I decided to buy it only because my balance was $6.66, call me supersticious, but of all numbers why 666? After buying it, I instantly saw what a freekin great tool this can be. You can choose the amount of people that are splitting the bill, you can choose what percentage your server deserves giving you the breakdown each person owes. I now realize 15% is higher than I thought it was. I am not one to regularly write reviews, but this one deserves it. Carlos, who ever you are, and where ever you may be, keep up the good work!! *****Great tool!!!

It really is the best tip calculator. I've messed with many iPhone tip apps but this is the most superior. It's got a wonderful UI, it loads straight up, and most of all it simply works. No waiting around for dumb title screens or a UI that looked like it was designed in MS Paint. I was lucky when I got in on this being free but It is absolutely worth 99 cents.

The BEST and You'll Want to Know WHY... Benefits To You:Every person I know who has an iPod Touch or iPhone simply loves this app (including me). I don't know too many people who like trying to figure out a tip when the bill arrives. I hear a lot of, "How much do I leave? Does this look like enough?"1) Instantly get the total bill and the tip amount painlessly and accurately.2) If you're in a group situation, it gives the price each person owes on the bill. Very nice, worth the new price I snagged this back when it was free and compared it to all the other free tip apps at the time -of course now there are even more. I don't care about them because once I tried THIS one I promptly removed all the others from my pod. No need to compare with any future tip apps either because Carlos got it right with this one. Excellent layout and easy to use. All the others are clumsy in some way -or attempt to copy this one.What is with all the socialist reviewers in this app store? Capitalism people, things cost money. It is a completely normal practice to give a product away to generate buzz and to get early feedback to improve the product. The product was stellar at launch and it has been updated with more features. The "free" tip app that is on everyone's ipod/iphones already as one reviewer noted is THIS ONE because it was free and it IS THE BEST one. Now Tip costs less than $1 and no adult that dropped major coin on their ipod or iphone would have a problem with that. -the mirror feature alone could save you hundreds of dollars when you review your credit card statement. The kiddies and socialists will no doubt be dependent on someone else their entire lives..... so they will never experience an overcharge to their credit card while out enjoying a big meal and drinks with a large group of people. Clean, Simple and Convenient Admittedly, I never thought I’d download a tip manager since I believe they’re rather lame. However, a friend of mine told me “to start saving in all areas” and that sorta stuck! Now, I’m much more aware of what I spend money on and how, etc. This App simply jumped out at me while I was surfing the App Store so I decided to let go of the .99-cents. The update that’s due out seems pretty cool and I’m certain it will save me money since I tend to tip rather heavy at times, especially if the gal is cute! Yeah, I know… but whatever. Also, the mirror feature looks nice (once I figure it out) while providing an added security measure to my anal-retentive nature, plus I’m a sucker for fun software.
