Uploads the image to web service This is basically a frontend for ezimba.com, not a standalone application. It uploads your image to ezimba and then sends commands there and downloads the image. Why this is done is beyond me when the iPhone can easily do all these operations locally. I also think it's a bit shady to make it appear as if the image would stay on the phone (the description even says "right there on the device"). - ezimba review by ghoti
Very cool, and free, but... This program has great promise. The effects and way they are implemented is nice and simple. Lots and lots of effects. Cool thing is that is saves the pic all along the editing process, where you can save, if you want, each version back to the album. That is a nice feature. Tons of distortion effects. I would have given four stars but it does resize the altered image down to 320x240 and that is just way too small to be useful to me. What I want is a program that can help me enhance images to upload to Evernote for OCR, etc. Sending them a 320x240 pixel image is just not big enough. If there's a way to keep the size large, or let user choose what size they want to save, I will add a star or two. If you don't care that the image is so reduced, then count this as a four star review. Good for Twitter and things like that. Must have a signal to work. Alot of features but the whole must have a signal to use kills it for me only ranked a 3 star because it is free. Try PICOLI you have to pay and not as many features but a very smooth and sleek program. - ezimba review by azulcobalt
Potential, but... As other reviewers have said this app has good potential but right now results in a ridiculously small, pixelated photo that is just too small to be useful. Easy and effective This app is great to mess with your pictures but there are some flaws that im hoping will be fixed with updates. It resizes images to smaller sizes, it takes a while to load your photos and add effects; and the over all UI could be a lot better. Low resolution! While I love the idea of this app, and the set of image manipulation algorithms are fairly wide ranging, the produced images are very low resolution. I took a picture with my iPhone, then used ezimba to increase the sharpness. The resultant image was much blockier than the original. An "increase sharpness" algorithm does not reduce fidelity, so my only conclusion is that ezimba reduces image resolution when it processes it. Given that this is likely uploading the image to the web, processing, then downloading, I can sort of understand their reasoning. not loading images ive tried this app 5 times now but the screen keeps saying loading image, then connection error try again later!!!not saying its a bad app but it would be nice if it did at least load the image to see if the effects actually work. - ezimba review by VoKoZ

Been waiting for something like this... Wow! This is a very cool program. Oh, and you have to love the price. I'm still trying to figure out how the author is going to monetize this.I haven't played with anywhere near all of the available effects, but those that I have used are pretty impressive, particularly from a free application. I use Photoshop a lot in my work and this does a darn good job considering its size (and the size of the platform on which it works). A bit fishy The program works just as described, which is great. Net requirement on a photo editing software slows down the operations and is a bit questionable. Great little app! Considering the paucity of photographic programs for the iphone, this is easily the best one so far. Dozens of different effects, and all for free. I'm not sure why it's been referred to as "slow" (a few seconds per effect/filter). The new pics can be easily saved in the camera roll. iRovr users will love it. - ezimba review by Geordisjd

Works Great... Its a fun Application This app is addictive, real easy to use and much fun. Many interesting photo effects, and the service seems to besomehow adding new ones. Amazing that it is free, I'd say it is much better than the paid apps I've tried. One downside to know is yougot to have a fast connection!. On wifi it is fantastic and it works okay on 3G but forget it if you don't have neither as it will be tooslow.
