Block-Off - Elements of Design LLC
Block-Off is a FREE addictive puzzle game for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. The objective is to remove all the blocks from the board by clicking on groups of two or more blocks of the same color. There are 5 levels for the game.
[INSIDER TRICKS]
- You can now switch back to the old highscores in the settings app.
- To turn off the sound effects, go to the preferences App, scroll down to Block-Off and turn it off.
- Clear as many blocks at once as possible to score higher, but only through careful maneuvering can you clear the entire board.

Update ruined a great game! The constant ads popping in and out are distracting and partially block the game. What was a fun, even addictive game is now just a vehicle for ads.

What Used To Be a Five-Star Game Has, Sadly, Deteriorated I used to love this game. I was hooked on it. However since the update it crashes on me every single time. And when it does, it takes me to a different app altogether! It's very frustrating!! The undo feature, while a bonus, does detract from the strategy. I agree with everyone else about the ads. They block the game and slow it down immensely. I used to play this game by the hour. The cancel button has always been a problem. I will aim to remove blocks in the upper right corner and inadvertently cancel the entire game. A new update, I feel, is needed to correct the main problem: constant crashes. Fix this, and this will be a five-star game for me once again.

Used to be great Gameplay is still good, but I can't help but think that this has deteriorated since being bougt from WonderWarp a couple months ago. It seems that EoD is simply using Block-Off as a giant ad- afterall, the main screen offers links to their other apps. Rather than being a simple, challenging game, we have an app that has developed ad banners for the developer's revenue.
And an "Undo" button?! That effectively nullifies any strategy.

LOSE THE PORN ADS! I LOVED this game, and so did my kids. We were willing to put up with ads too, since the game was free. But the introduction of porn ads is, for us, unacceptable. Deleting the game today.

Update broke it Used to like it and worked great, but since the update (which didn't do anything more than add annoying ads) it now is slow to respond and crashes frequently. Ruined a good thing.

Bad Banner Ads Love the game, but not the banner ads !! My husband was playing the game the other night and an ad popped up "Naughty Asian Girls". He didn't click on the ad but we assume that it goes to an inappropriate site. I guess that porn ads are allowed on Apple Apps. Thankfully, neither of our two girls (ages 9 & 11) saw this ad. They play games on our iphones all the time. They will no longer be playing this game, since I deleted it, due to the content of the banner ads. Shame on whoever allowed this to happen. It's a real disappointment !!

used to be good Since the update, performance has taken a big hit and now it crashes a lot. I don't consider the ads as an "enhancement" either. If I could revert to the previous version I would.

Great concept needs a touch more Great game concept and design. Would love to see multiple levels at each stage of difficulty. Not too interested and just upong my score. Also a must have would be for it to remember my name by default after each game. Retyping gets old. Great job keep it up!!

Nope Can become addictive, but your score is going to be almost entirely dependent on how the blocks are arranged when you get them, not mich on any sort of game strategy.
