you can scratch your own music. People keep giving it bad reviews who lack common sense. Play by Play here:Hit the iTunes/iPod icon on your device. Neat Idea The scratching works really well and the track timer is helpful so you can scratch precisely. However, you cannot scratch the actual tracks on your iPhone or iPod Touch. You can only play a song and then scratch a beat over it, though it isn't very noticeable. Nice concept, terrible execution Effects are simply overlaid upon the song. A scratch, for example, is just a sound, instead of making the sound and jumping back to the initial scratch point. Effects play continuously so if I tap the "scratch" button, it keeps scratching till I press stop. Would be worth it, possibly even worth $$ if the scratch and mix mechanism displayed two "records" that acted in a DJ like manner so you could scratch and transition music as you like. It's functional, but aims low It's functional, but it's a very shallow app that is essentially a gimmick. What we really need is an app that lets you load two simultaneous songs and beatmatch/crossfade between the two. I know that's not what they were attempting, and you can't expect that of a free app, but this app still doesn't have a lot of lasting interest or use. Sick This is a great app n has alot of potential. Visually it's great, the only real sound that works well is the siren.
