lite Come on guys. You can't expect it to be that good as a lite/demo. I downloaded this and then bought the 0.99 cent one and it works fine with all the new updates. The 0.99 cent one is really cheap and sooo worth it. so stop complaining and just buy the other one if u want it too be really good.

Decent Freebie This is a nice app considering it's free. However, there are a few frustrations involved with trying to actually use the app. While the samples are great, the latency of the drum pads when multiple drums are hit at once keeps the potential beats to a minimum. Also, the closed hat, as mentioned in other reviews, should choke/mute the open hat when both are played in conjunction. Finally, it might be an extension of the latency issue, but sometimes you'll find that the sample won't even be triggered while playing.
This is a great app because of its price, but there are other purchasable apps out there that do the same or similar function better. These apps also have many more features such as velocity control, sequencing, and effects. Although, the paid version of this app may include all of this as well. In the end, the latency problems limit this app to being simple entertainment as opposed to a portable tool.

Update a downer Downloaded the app a few weeks ago and it worked great. Downloaded the update, looking forward to drumming along to tunes on my iPhone as was promised, but now it won't even start up. I tap the app's icon, it says "loading," then freezes on the "rotate your device" screen. No amount of rotating or tapping or using Magnus Larsson's name in vain will unfreeze it. I tried dumping the app and reloading it from my laptop (instead of the iPhone), but same problem. I'm not too encouraged to buy the full version if the free version freezes. Whassup?

5 star all the way! I thought this app was great before the update. Now it's just plain awesome. Graphics look good and the actual touch surface is increased. Other app developers need to take a clue from you guys. Updates are supposed to make things better, and you proved this! I can't believe this is totally free.

Best on iTunes Probably(besides full version) best drum machine app in the app store. Drums are clear, with nice shape and size (could be a little bigger). I'd say it's worth every penny you have to pay- oh, right! Only one more update: please tighten the snare!
