Excellent App. Does exactly what it should. Look: folks who want to wring their hands about AT&T should do it elsewhere. I'm no fan, but I love my iPhone, and I want to know what works well with my iPhone. If you don't like AT&T's policies or prices, complain about that on a site for mobile wireless service. Here, talk about the app. The app works, surprisingly well.I use it on 3.0, so to whoever reported the problem they thought was related to that, look elsewhere. Second, it does take a bit of time to download data, but that's because they're providing a fair amount of data each refresh, and ostensibly providing security and encryption for it. (It also seems to get faster on second use.) And to the person who complained about re-entering data each time: it only makes you re-enter your password. Any application that deals with your money or personal data should (and generally does) require that, or else anybody who steals your iPhone also has access to all of that.App provides detailed, up-to-the-minute usage and billing information and instant bill-pay, without having to wade through the distinctly inelegant AT&T Wireless website. It'll even give you a PDF statement if you want. Better still, it provides quick, easy information on all of the additional ways you could put yourself further into indenture to AT&T by adding more services. App allows you to activate them instantly, from the phone, without having to talk to a robo-drone, or visit said inelegant website. Does all of this smoothly and successfully, for me.

Needs work Couple of things about this app. In typical AT&T fashion, you can't actually get to a Web site or email address to make suggestions.... point 1.Point 2, The Individual Data summary can have up to 3 (for me at least) data use logs, but they are all named the same thing, and you have to guess at what they are (Outgoing, Incoming, International ??????). PLEASE fix this, its only some minor text changes.... otherwise its basically useless for this function since you do not know what it is reporting.Point 3, if you have access to all of the Billing, Payments, and even Features, seems like it would be nice to also be activate things like International Roaming and such... Not.Point 4, there should be an option to save my password without having to enter it each time. If I am otherwise already locking my phone, this is redundant.Beyond these though.... its a pretty good app.

So-so For the purpose of keeping tabs on minutes and text messages, it's not very convenient since you have to enter your password each time and switch screens. It would be better if it would automatically log you in and by default show the minutes and text usage. Then, request that the password be entered for verification if the user switches to the billing/payments/features screens.

Works fine. How about MMS and Tethering??? Aside from the fact that the app is painfully slow at pulling up data, I didn't have any issues with it. How about instead of AT&T making updates for their apps, they actually get MMS and Tethering out to their iPhone customers? Freakin' ridiculous.

Should be defult app This app should have been a defult app from the start when you opened up your new iPhone. I can pay my bill online, adjust my plan and rates, even look to see my minutes and data usage on the go. Every iPhone in the world should have this app on it. I'm making it my mission to make apple put this on every phone.

Has AT&T ever tried to use their own apps? As others have said, this app is virtually worthless, but at least they don't try to charge extra monthly fees for it (as they do for their shoddy Navigator app, which seems bent on destroying the usability of the iPhone). As much as I enjoy my iPhone as a handheld computer, the iPhone 3G is the last AT&T-restricted phone I'll ever purchase.

Doesn't Work - UPDATE App seems to work fine now. Good way to see updated usage of data and call minutes, as well as review my bill as a PDF without having to go thru Safari (one step).
Should I be surprised? Downloaded the App, entered my info, get a message that "this service is temporarily unavailable"...this from the company that can't get text with images right, and charged me a "one time activation fee" when I upgraded from the original iPhone to 3G S...didn't I already pay that fee once? No vision. No customer service that warrants loyalty...basically a typical corporation!
