WorldView by webcams.travel brings the world into your pocket. Watch over 14000 webcams from all over the world in fullscreen on your iPhone or iPod touch when connected to the internet. Search for a place, for webcams nearby, or take a look at popular webcams from around the world. All webcams listed in http://webcams.travel/ are available! This free edition of WorldView by webcams.travel is ad supported.
Since webcams.travel caches the webcam images, this app cannot present live pictures. Depending on the popularity of the webcam, image updated are done between 15 minutes to a few hours.
WorldView by webcams.travel supports iOS 4 including fast app switching and retina display support.

My Favorite App On The iPhone - Thanks For Updating This app is the first thing I open and look at in the morning, after fixing my cup of coffee of course. I really enjoy checkng out places around the world that I have traveled to - #1 cam for me is the Charles Bridge in Prague(Praha,Czech Republic), watching people walk across that magnificent bridge and longing to be in their shoes. I would give the 5 stars but has not earned it yet, but it's close - please keep improving the app for us and of course the free of charge price tag.

Some problem needs to be fixed! It was my favorite iPhone app until it started causing my iphone giving me blackscreens. My iPhone started acting funny when I was in this app! Sometimes the screen turns into black and it comes back with a click sound of the camera. Then I checked and found that the iphone took a screenshot itself!!! That was weird! Then last night my iPhone screen simply died on me after I used this app. I spent a whole night to fix it and finally it worked again. I uninstalled this app so now things seem are working normal. I hope this problem could be fixed! I really really love this app. I would totally rate it 5 star after the problem gets fixed!

Fantastic!!! I love this app! It's so fascinating to me to witness the world go by every day. I'm only giving 4 stars because I cannot get through all my bookmarks without it crashing and there should be a daylight option like there is on the website. I hope to see that real soon.

Superb!!! Great app, far better, faster and more stable than other apps out there. The layout is simple and clean. There are a lot of webcams to choose from, I was very surprised to see so many available through this app. Great one touch bookmark feature, I was expecting a confirm bookmark option to pop up. There is an option to view the locations of the webcam image through the Maps app. I like the nearby and search feature, the search feature is way better than having categories. You can also organize your saved webcams in any order you want. My only gripe is that you can not add your own webcams. I LOVE this program This is my favorite iphone program so far! It's such a trip to see all these random locations all over the world! It makes me wish I could hop on a plane and go visit them all! A live version would be AMAZING. I rarely take the time to write reviews but I had to on this one because it's so awesome! I've been telling other iPhone owners I know about it and thought of standing in the locations of one of the local cams so I can see myself.
