would like to see local store information and more well known stores... purely an online resource and also misses many of the stores I usually shop at...would also like to have this application support local shopping using the iPhone's location. Was in Chicago and forgot to bring my bumble and bumble shampoo; couldn't find a store nearby that sells it but would have liked to :(

Well designed & responsive. I was hoping for an application just like this when the app store opened -- and here it is.The overall flow makes a lot of sense -- type in what you're shopping for, get prices/reviews/information, and once you've found a price or seller you like, drill into detail on that seller.It would be even cooler if the application could scan barcodes directly -- typing the name of the book I'm looking at can be a slow process. But I'm sure they'll get there in a future version. For now, the overall feel of this application is quite good -- and the price is hard to argue with! - Save Benjis review by daveledangeroux

Great app but could use a bar code scanner This is a fantastic free app! I only wish that it could utilize the built-in camera in the iPhone to scan in bar codes (like Delicious Library). It would make searching a lot easier. Another feature request would be to have the ability to auto-fill billing and shipping address info if you find a better price online (if this feature hasn't already been implemented). Pretty good, but needs some tweaks Pretty useful and intuitive, but when entering text into the popup text box, when you choose to enter a number it pulls up the phone dialing text box, rather than the normal one. Works Great! One of the best things about this is that you can configure what stores it searches or doesn't. I don't particularly want to buy stuff on eBay, so I can go to my Settings button on my iPhone and configure it to which websites it searches. Amazing how many sites it found in such a short amount of time. It shows a photo of the item and you can even buy the item right from the iPhone. Could grow from a good app to a great app..... a few ways to make this a better app:1) Combine it with the free app "barcode" which will take a picture of a barcode and decode it. That way you can just take a picture of a product's UPC in a store and it will look it up.2) Control the 'stores' it chooses to search against3) add geo-aware capabilities to identify how far away a comparable product may be from your location.4) add concatinated reviews. If I know I want a new dvd player, it would be great to be able to bring up the reviews for both side by side for easy comparison, beyond just price.5) add shipping / tax info for total cost.6) be able to 'save' searches to rerun, or review again at a later time (hard to remember a upc symbol once you've left a store)7) add 'triggers' to move this from a reactive (you give it info, it returns results) to a proactive tool. Would be cool if my phone alerted me when a store fell below a certain price point on a product I had been interested in8) create 'baskets' of goods. If I'm building a computer, and have specific parts I'm interested in, compare buying all of the parts from their respective cheapest outlets, or the price difference to single-source it at the lowest cost retailer.You get the idea..... Awesome Have you ever been shopping for an item and wondered "I wonder if this is any good?" or "What if i can get this cheaper online?"I got this app right after I got my iPhone 3G. I went to Target and used it to look up headphone reviews from amazon. It was so simple to look up the headphones I was browsing in the store. You can search by item name, or punch in the barcode of the product you are looking for. It searches multiple online stores for that product and gives you a list of prices from those stores, along with product reviews. From there, you can purchase it directly from the store's website. Powerful, useful, intuitive and free I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this program. I use these types of search engines regularly when I shop on my computer. This one is simple, does and excellent job and has the advantage of being mobile. Being able to do a price comparison while in a store looking at a product is ideal. Great Idea...has never worked yet! This is the application I have always been looking for! However after a few weeks and some major purchase opportunities this thing NEVER has worked! I keep getting lists of things that have NO relation to what I entered. For example I was looking at a Sony TV and even though I entered the manufacturer, the model number etc., I would get stuff back like Power Tools, and other things, not the TV or ANY TV for that matter.
