Chapter 1: Into the Abyss
You are the guard of McTavish's traveling caravan, carving out a comfortable existence by taking odd jobs and protecting against the occasional Orc raider when a mysterious attack on the nearby town of Albrect compels you to lend your blade to the good townspeople.
It's not just rats that plague the Happy Cadaver Inn. Denizens of hell are seeping through to the world of mortals! During your journey you'll face a horde of gruesome enemies...and their wicked overlords!
Chapter 2: The Giant Fortress

More about Gameplay
The experience you gain during your adventure lets you learn powerful offensive feats like Slash, Shield Bash and Berserk or advance in the healing arts to gain Health and Vitality Boosts. As you increase in level, you can upgrade your existing Feats or add new ones. The active combat feats feature graphically stunning on-screen special effects to help make your battles even more heart-pounding and exhilarating.
As you progress you can choose exactly how to improve your character's abilities. Hone your strength to become a real bruiser, become nimble and accurate by focusing on dexterity, increase intelligence to unlock more feats, or work on your constitution to better withstand the onslaught of the undead.

Very polished and fun! Great game, it's got an amazing amount of polish. I had no trouble with the controls, I use the touch (instead of dpad) to move and and fight. Took me several hours to play through on easy, and now I'm trying to get through on Normal difficulty. Much harder, and I had to be better about using my points from going up levels more strategically. This is no doubt the best RPG out for the iPhone. The new background music rocks.

Great game Best game on the itouch, brings back the memories of nonstop baldurs gate: dark alliance.(my all time favorite game ever) needs more levels and the guy should look different in different armor, but overall great game.

Dungeon Crawling at its Finest * Version 1.1 *This version adds even more polish by adding background music and rankings. The rankings add a little competiveness and makes the game hard to put down.* Version 1.0 *Rats? Check.Various Undead? Check.Orc? CheckLots of randomized loot? Check.This game nails iPhone Dungeon Crawling. All the basics are present and extremely polished. So if you will excuse me, I must go destroy evil down in the crypts.

Beeeeeeeast Awesome game. Love it so much. It needs more levels, higher lvl cap, upgrades, a mini map and character classes. Also make it so when you change armor and weapons you guy actually looks different in game?

Outstanding Never played version 1.0, but 1.1 is pretty spot on as far as controls, atmosphere - really brings me back to Diablo, and is fantastic for a quick fix.

Great start! Much better than I feared from some of the negative reviews. This plays a lot like Diablo. Very fun. Goes too quickly of course and I can't wait for updates. A Mage with ranged spells would be sweet or just some additional skills, more quests, dungeons, increased level cap, etc. It is a great start - For $3 I am happy.

think so. This game is awesome!!!!!! It satisfies my Diablo fix while adding a new elements like hidden monsters and treasures - I'm always searching those old bone piles for free loot!!!! LOL!!

Finally, a real RPG! Finally an RPG worth playing! Great graphics. Fun gameplay. Controls need tweaking and the game could use a little music and/or atmospheric sound, but otherwise spot on! Buy it!

Great game but only 2-3 hour of gameplay :( This is the "must have" game for all Diablo fans. Amazing! I finish this game after 2.5hours! Damn! 2 hours of fun for $5? C'mon..i want more. Thats my reason for my 3 stars only rating.

A fun, good game This is a fun game to play, and easy to get in to. Non-player characters are helpful, and show up at appropriate times to guide you to the next part of the quest. Auto-saves happen frequently, so if you're bumped out of the game you won't lose too much - important on a mobile device! Despite an earlier review, I think there are two male and two female avatars - it's just that one female is in full armor, not a chain-mail bikini! This is a good value for the price.

Finally!! But... Ok, amazing game with a huge amount of polish, I have been playing for a while and I must say that it is as good as I hoped. There seems to be a good story, it has a smooth framerate, good varaiaty of enimies/weapons/armor/items. Only a couple things I would ask for. The four availiable faces are... not the prettiest, espically considering choosing any of these avatars will result in the same character model in game, a generic grey knight. While the sword clashing and enemy grunting sounds are great, it would be nice to have some background music. Even if it is just some light background melody, just something. The interface is super smooth, allowing easy access to everything. One more suggestion would be to get rid of the "loot" butten all together and make the action butten attack, talk, and loot. Amazing game that I look forward to spending time with, these are just some things to consider.
