****** HOW TO GET ACCURATE RESULTS ****** 1) Calibrate just before a test run (temperature effects accelerometers). 2) Enter the exact weight of your car (includes people, fuel, & cargo). 3) Secure iPhone/iPod device in car so it cannot move (we need to measure the car’s motion, not the device bouncing around). 4) Start test run from a dead stop; go when the light turns green. 5) Drive in a straight line on a level track. 6) Read the user’s manual for complete instructions.

Damn good!!! Dynolicious costs money....this is free and It works just as good. I did a run last night and it was spot on..very similar results with the last time I was at the track. Why pay when you can get the same app for free??

Very nice. For a free app, this is spectacular. Ignore the avg rating and all the bad ratings. They're either not calibrated or not using the app correctly. The app is reporting quite accurate times for my Eclipse GSX, in a very nice looking format. For a free app, I can't expect anything more.

Awesome, its touchy! So I haven't used this app in while, and I fired it up went through the calibration, which took seconds and we took it out in my friends Civic EX. It said we did over 150MPH and went to 60 in 2.3 seconds. LOL! It wasnt mounted, I held it in my hands so I blame user error, and all you guys saying its useless, probably didnt have it secure either and are complaining for your own stupidity. Today I did a run with it in my Accord, I have a window mount for my iPhone, and tapped it for quickstart and trompped it. I got a 6.98 0-60 and it did get my top speed accurate..of 99.69, now I think my 0-60 was a little off personally, the specs for the car are 7.4....I was using semi auto settings so I got a little more powerband, its a good app I feel, its not as spot on as maybe other apps I havent tried. But its accuracey lies within the user. so a 7sec flat...versus the stock 7.4 not bad I would say, I am debating which app to get....PcoketDyno+ or the more expensive ones.....suggestions?

Cool app, but how accurate is it... Without being able to enter the weight of the vehicle in the lite version, I'm not sure it can be very accurate. I'm getting anywhere from 195 to 265 on my 1.8t with a k03 at 18psi. 200 would be about right, but 265 would be way off. - PocketDyno review by Swindmill
Lots of horsepower OK so depending on the real dyno machine, horsepowere will vary. When you purchase a car for example a Subaru STi and the specs say it is 300 HP that is measured at the crank. Then if you take your car to a speed shop your car will register less horsepower because it is measured at the wheels. You loose x% of horsepower from the crank to the wheels especially if the car is AWD. The app will measure Bse horsepower, similiar to the Gtech device you plug into your 12V Power supply. Buggy... The first time I ran it worked good. But now the gauges no longer move during a run... Altho once I hit 60 it does still give a reading... I also have dynolicious and would recommend it for anyone really trying to have an awesome dyno app that includes a realtime skidpad

Works well, and VERY useful! Used the program this afternoon with my 2003 Toyota Solara SCCA which recently dyno'ed at 327hp. This program read 336HP. Well... I have Dynolicious and that works pretty well, as for this, i'm 99% sure I have it calibrated right and it's still straight gahbage. Pretty accurate As soon as I saw a free 0-60 meter, me and my friend hopped into his s4 to give it a try. Without brake-torquing, he ran 5.8s, which is pretty close.
