Congratulations! You’ve found it!
iPregnancy is THE PREMIER APPLICATION for keeping track of your pregnancy! Others have tried to duplicate the features found in this program, but this is the only pregnancy app actually written by a practicing Ob/Gyn!
iPregnancy includes time-tested features, as well as some exciting NEW features:
☛ Due date calculator using last period, conception date, ultrasound date, or due date.
☛ See the baby’s gestational age in weeks and months, lunar months, and current trimester.
☛ See a progress bar that shows how close you are to the “delivery safety zone”.
☛ See time remaining until your due date as well as the time remaining until your next major milestone. Now you can enter a date of delivery or enter a planned delivery date (Induction or C/Section).
☛ NEW Facebook and Twitter Integration.
☛ Six new backgrounds for each gender: Boy, Girl, Unknown.
☛ 3-D ultrasound picture of the baby at each week!
☛ NEW 2-D ultrasound picture of the baby at each week!

☛ Mommy Information including what to expect and ideas for how to prepare for the coming baby.
☛ NEW Daddy Information including what to expect and ideas for how to prepare for the coming baby.
☛ Baby Name Picker, which allows you to keep a list of baby name contenders. This picker derives names from the Social Security Administration’s top 1000 names for last year.
☛ OB Visit Tracker that allows you to keep track of your Weight, Blood Pressure and Fetal Heart Rate at each visit. Also, you can include a PHOTO for each visit. Enter unlimited notes.
☛ Journal to keep track of notes and photos at any time.
☛ NEW Mood Tracker!
☛ NEW Calendar view allowing easy determination of future gestational age of the baby.
☛ Email details of any of your OB Visit/Journal Entries to friends or family!
☛ Weight Gain analysis, helps you decide the appropriate weight gain for your size and helps you keep your weight gain on track for each visit by telling you how much you should be gaining each week!
☛ Questions for the Doctor section that allows you to keep track of and sort a list of questions to ask the Doctor at your next OB Visit.
☛ MANY new fixes & tweaks existing users will LOVE!

Look around, there is better   There are lots of preg apps and here is what i've found:iPregnancy - i personally find it ugly. for ex: 4w3d, terrible wallpaper, and poor grammar. journal hard to use and too focused on dr appts. popular but i don't see why. maybe because it was one of the first. last update took 9 months. much better options out there.iPregnant - they make iPeriod and this is almost the same. it's really just a calendar. it's only 99 cents, so if you only want a calendar, i guess it's ok, but i did have problems saving some things.BabyBump - my favorite. nice colors & graphics. has contraction tracker, kick counter, calendar, & weight graphs, all of which i like and are not in ipregnancy. also has fb and twitter sharing, which is fun. best value among all preg apps. What To Expect - fine to get it since it's free, but only good for info and not for trackingPregnancy Calendar - i actually didn't buy this one since it is 9.99, but looked at a friend's phone and didn't feel it was worth the priceSo judge for yourself, but do look around. There are so many pregnancy apps now. It's a good time to be pregnant with an iPhone :)

Not worth paying for   This app really doesn't provide any useful info. Few complaints: 1) not very user friendly 2) only one sample pic per week, many horrible in quality or just useless 3) sliders not easy to use 4) not a very discrete app icon 5) aside from duedate there is nothing that can be personalized or tracked. I can't think of anything great and am surprised at the reviews saying how it's the best..?! This is so not worth paying for.

not worth $3   I was expecting a whole lot more out of this app after reading the reviews.... so many people said it's the best. What you can do with this app is very limiting. I guess I should have looked at the screenshots better before I bought it. I was hoping I could record symptoms, weight gain, and other things that I am experiencing. The only thing I can put in here is my due date and my next dr. apt. The sliders are hard to control, the interface is cheesy looking, and the images are poor. This app should be free or 99-cents.

Very basic   Works well (except for the progress bar) but the functionality is very limited. You basically get one image and a few lines of information per week.

Very upset with update   I have had this app since I found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks. I saved notes, doctor visit notes, tracked my weight gain, how I had been feeling physically, and when we first felt her kick. I am now 28 weeks, I updated the apps on my phone and iPregnancy was one of the updates. I am almost in tears because I lost all the information I had saved on the app because the update erased it all. I wantthe old version and all my info back!!!

i Pregnancy   The Absolute WORST Application I have ever bought from the App Store!!! I wish I could get a refund. I already get this information emailed to me and keep my iCal up to date on my MAC and update my iPhone on a regular basis. This was such a waste of money, I thought it would be better! DO NOT PURCHASE if you are an organized person already, this would by a complete waste of your money!!!

Annoyed!   I am now 28 weeks pregnant and annoyed with the wait for the update! I finally found another app, iPregnant, and so glad I did. It actually lets me do all the things I've been waiting for this app to do, like track my pregnancy!

Update?   I got this app based on the features that were coming soon. I have had it for almost 2 months and used it maybe 4 times. It is really useless without the promised update. I am very disapointed and wish I had spent my money on something else

Twins?!   I really like this app and when I found out I was having twins the first thing I did was open ipregnancy it to adjust settings for my TWO blessings.. Unfortunately they do not have this option!! I'm disappointed and would love to see how both my babies are growing inside of me! Please update it's practically 2010! Having multiples is the wave of the future! I mean come on!

Update already!!!!   The current version is useless. You can't enter any information to track your pregnancy, can't add own pictures, bugs need to be fixed as it gives inaccurate info when calculating. It also gives wrong info when calculating when next trimester should start.
Update this app already! I'd like to use it BEFORE my baby is born!!!!

Not enough info and don't expect updates   I would love a pregnancy application that provides much more information - sort of like a compressed electronic version of Laura Riley's Pregnancy. Sections on what mother is experiencing each week, baby info, nutritional tips, things to avoid etc. Also, I wouldn't have bought this application if it wasn't for the promised updates. I'm super frustrated that the developer is not able to deliver on his promises and I disagree with the excuses that as an MD he has bigger things to deal with so we shouldn't complain. I don't pay for his obgyn services, I paid for his application and I expect him to provide service for this product. I feel that any updates or bug fixes will be forever an issue with this developer as this application is not his priority. I wouldn't buy the application again.
