The objective is to move the tiles into the right place and/or turn them so that a picture is getting formed. Your problem is, that you won't know what the picture is until you solved the puzzle. You can move tiles any number of positions to the right, left, up and down - all the tiles on the way will shift in the place left open by the tile moved.
